Home Depot is our go-to store ..never had any problems emplyees are friendly & cheerful. Merchandise is good quality. Store was clean and felt safe.

I recently need to have customer service at the service counter and both times the employees went over and beyond to make thing right without my expectation of doing so. I think their customer service is great.

I've always like this store. Lumber section not staffed really. All other areas great. Always an issue, petty maybe but, bathroom is on the other side of the world. Only store I shop in like this. Hmmm.

Thanks to Grace and Darcy, there was also a gentleman, but forgot his name.

We had two interactions with employees, and both were beyond our expectations. We spoke with Don in regards to sump pumps and accessories and he was easily able to answer our questions and offer us guidance. Had he not been there, we would have struggled to find the correct products. We then headed to the garden center to find a solution for the Japanese beetle problem we’ve been having. Brian there was able to walk us directly to a specific product and get us on our way quickly.

We purchased a gas grill and got wonderful service from Tim in the garden dept. He was very knowledgeable about the grills. We are really excited to use the grill . Alyssa D was our cashier and we were impressed with her efficiency and professionalism.

The staff in this particular Home Depot location are extremely helpful and professional. They always go above and beyond to help locate my items and/or give me suggestions for my projects.

I usually don’t go to Home Depot because prices tend to be a bit higher. But I have to say that the amount of knowledge and customer service from Chad and Dan were over the top!! Everyone was super friendly!!

The employees are professionals that have worked in the various fields. They know how to use the products they sell and have given me helpful suggestions.

If you are needing custom cut blinds, this is your store to go to! Ask for Susan in the Blinds/Flooring dept. She is extremely professional, courteous and helpful.

The Grand Chute Home Depot is always neat and clean, and filled with helpful employees that are willing to not only suggest the best way to do a project, but also which products would accomplish the job best and even the steps in how to complete the job. I am usually given a pros and cons list of my alternatives and then aided in getting prepared to move forward with what I have chosen to do. Often, I am asked if I would like help getting things to my car if what I am purchasing is especially big or clumsy! With all of the help, my entire transaction time at the store is usually quite expedient!

The staff is super friendly, i like the layout. I enjoy being able to peruse the tool area, although the aisle could be wider in the tool section.

Chad the electrician was fantastic and so knowledgeable! He clearly and concisely gave me all the information that I needed to accomplish my project on my own.

I would like to give a shout out to Amy Stern She is a flooring specialist at the Grand chute Home Depot. She was very helpful and very pleasant to work with.

Susan in the flooring department was awesome. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy flooring at the Grand Chute Home Depot.

It was a quick in and out trip! Grabbed the ceiling fans that I had been shopping around for to complete my livingroom remodel. I'll be back for more items for sure!!

Home Depot is the best!! Out of all the big box home improvement stores my favorite is Home Depot. I will tell you why. First of all, I like the feel of it when I walk in. It does not feel like a warehouse like the others. There are plenty of staff around all marked with their orange vests so I know that they are staff. In one of the other big box stores, you can't find any staff in the department you are in and the staff are NOT knowledgeable. And they act inconvenienced if you ask them a question. Home Depot has nice large signs to let you know where to find items. Their staff are always pleasant and glad to help. They are honest and also glad to help you save money when possible!

Alyssa, Nathan, and Nanette were tremendously helpful on our visit! Thank you for all of your help and generosity.

I had not dealt with Grand Chute Home Depot before and was very pleasantly surprised with my whole experience. Will definitely be back.

This store was a nice experience with very helpful people. I normally shop the Home Depot store on the other side of town that is closer to my house and they are really great there, but coming to this store and getting great service too was really cool.
