I was looking for grout and they had a great selection and we love it. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

All employees were extremely helpful. Mark in tools was amazing.

Store was well stocked and staff constantly asked if they could help me.

This problem has occurred several times to me at this store: I had chosen to have an email receipt option so I can keep track of my receipts for reimbursement and billing purposes. I don't rely on the paper receipts that degrade, get lost, and would have to be scanned into my system with additional inconvenience and time. The cashier quickly bypassed my option before I could signify and didn't ask me. I told him builders rely on those receipts and would not have put their email option into their system if they did not expect to have an email receipt. The cashier was telling me I could take my unwieldly purchase to the other end of the store to customer service to get the transaction cancelled and then wheel it all the way back to him check out again. I asked for a supervisor and explained the same thing to her and she defended that he had the option to click through my option to get an email receipt. I intend to raise this issue with the next level of store management.

Some questionable employee practices happen here at the return desk. Be clear and alert or you may lose some $....

I really appreciate the informative employees at Home Depot. If I need assistance and an employee is not near, I ask for help. I have always been treated with friendly respect. It is my "GO TO" store! Home Depot also provides many community-related projects/support. Wonderful asset to Grand Junction, CO!

On 11/2 went to the store for 3 items-was in contact with 7 staff-6 out of the 7 were helpful,professional,Zim took extra efforts to get a furnace filter that was in stock,but not on the shelf-cashier effecient-but went to call the store after I got home to say thanks-after 35 minutes on the line-no one cared enough to pick up their phone-that sucks and is unacceptable customer service.

Employees are always there to help you. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

Price of products and most of the time when looking for products some time easy to find

Great service. Sales person was very knowledgeable. Had products in stock and was able to compare other products side by side.

Despite the added pressure and effort required during these pandemic times, Mr. Bowler and his team are making shopping at store #1513 a great experience. The store is neat and clean and most items are well stocked and easy to locate. From shopping the aisles to checkout, the associates are helpful, friendly, and professional. Mary in appliances was hands down the best appliance associate I have ever had. She was helpful and patient, even when the system wouldn't read a coupon. She went above and beyond to make sure the advertised price was the price I paid for my full kitchen set. She has great customer service skills, and I would buy appliances from her any time!

Nice store but it does not have a bike rack out front, so I end up locking my bike to a tree or sign in the parking area. Every time that I come here, which is often, I suggest to customer service that they install a bike rack, but it's been 2-plus years and it still hasn't happened. How hard would it be for Home Depot to install a bike rack?

Helpful and quick service in the paint department. Helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend this store.

Really good customer service experience... needed sheets of melamine and they were on top of the rack, up high. Found PETER, and he got a forklift and brought them down, and then helped me load them onto my cart. Very cooperative and helpful! THEN, in the parking lot, another employee was getting off shift and saw that I was alone, and she came over and helped me load the sheets into my pickup. Talk about unexpected! Unfortunately she didn't have her vest on and I forgot to ask her name. Thank you very much!

In these times of great challenges, the staff at this store is heroic. With the help of an associate, I was able to get the products I really needed. Very pleasant people to deal with in the paint department and other staff as well. Customers are very stressed and the staff are great at handling those people. Plenty of staff to help you find the items you needed.

The store is fine but there is no bike rack out front. I have to lock my bike to a small tree in the parking lot. Please add a bike rack.
