I bought a shelf unit and found a great selection of shelves of different sizes and grades.

Mary in Pro shop installation service and special orders is a very rude individual and needs to go through retraining in customer service, worse experience of my life I’ll never use their installation services again it’s been a nightmare. What I got was a partially ripped out kitchen floor I’ve been dealing with for weeks now, because the installation had to be delayed because of damaged flooring and transitions delivered the first time and then reordered and damaged again because I asked them to check them before they sent them to my house. And then I have to deal with a rude person on the phone (Mary) and then at the store I’m the customer who paid for a complete project ahead of time who got treated like it was our fault it happened and not the vendors and not the stores. It was ridiculous the way we were treated, thank god for the other employees and assistant manager from the last two days because Mary from pro-shop installation and special orders didn’t do anything to help us. The asst manager took care of us and we got a full refund doesn’t change the fact that woman (Mary) needs retraining in how to deal with customers because in her eyes the customers DO NOT come first.

I buy my plants at Home Depot BC of the variety.

Went for plumbing supplies. A guy tried to tell me 1 inch is 1 and 1 1/2 inch. Even tried fitting the fitting in to mansplain. It didn't fit. I know what I need just not where it is in the store. They would come ask what I needed say I will get someone. Someone comes. Say I don't know I'll get someone. I went to customer service. They sent someone but he knew a little more but not sure where the parts was in the area either.

After losing my job of over 30 years and starting a primitive/ antique business it is WONDERFUL to have a place where everyone cares and so helpful in getting what I need, quickly. Especially wood. Even tools that make my work easier and better!

they had what I needed and helped me find it, then check out was done lickety split.

We purchase drywall, mud, wood, tools, doors, plumbing, and much more.

I am not a handyman or very good with building projects, but I can make basic general repairs around the house as needed, and I always have a very good experience with the employees when I need help finding what I need and at the checkout. Employees are always willing to help.

I went in last weekend to find some hardware while working on my car. I had already been in Anderson and bought some hardware but it ended up not working how I needed it to. I went to Greenfield Home Depot and bee-lined it to the hardware isle where I ran into Rick. I asked him to help me find some very specific parts and he obliged and was able to find the right parts for me. He even got me hardware for a second option just in case the first option failed for some reason. Needless to say, the first option worked perfectly but I like to have back ups. Rick was patient and understanding of my frustrations situation and he was able to put a smile on my face as I walked out. 10/10 rating for customer service and part knowledge. I’ll definitely always come to Home Depot in Greenfield to buy my tools and hardware because of the excellent experience I had there. Thank you again Rick! You were a major help to me that day!

We just bought a washer, the lady helped us and made shopping easy we like it. I buy all my spring yard fertilizer there always helpful.

Recently shopped here for laminate flooring. Employees were knowledgeable and went out of their way to meet our needs. We ordered extra, which needs to be returned. The return process was smooth and took only a few minutes. Every employee we dealt with was helpful and pleasant!

I always shop this store. They have what I need and everything is easy to find. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Employee Christina "Tina" does not like to assist veterans to get their 10% discount. CHRISTINA "TINA" doesn't like to apply the military discount. When I approached her to assist she wouldn't because it wasn't on my phone. Had to go to customer service to have my items processed and a very nice young lady by the name of Dalayni helped & processed it without any problem. I'll still go to the store but will leave if I see rude employee Tina. Funny, I was in there the day before & had not problem at all.

Bought cabinets for kitchen Very good layout and quick service

Every aisle has boxes and junk sale items, no room to walk down. All the sale items block the shelves, so you can not see or reach what you looking for.

Everyone is friendly and helpful they had everything we needed! Steve was very very helpful

We have been dealing with Home Drpot during an extensive bathroom remodel. We have been extremely pleased with our experience.

We originally stopped at this store out of necessity. We now do about all home needs shopping here.

they have a wonderful garden department. We went to buy a John Deere lawn tractor. Unfortunately no one knew much about them, so be sure you do your homework before you look at them. They did have the lowest price in the Anderson/Muncie/New Castle/ Greenfield area though.

We had bought a zero turn lawn mower and every single employee that worked in the out door/ lawn department was absolutely fantastic and provided great customer service and knowledgeable advice on how to load the machine. They all deserve recognition on their great work

We seem to always buy landscape supplies that run out and they do not have enough in stock.
