I went to order up 12 different items. They had them all.. I didn't have to go to different stores. A one stop shop.

This store is organized from the parking lot to the back docks everything you would expect hey Home Depot to be this one is...

Our method of payment was not accepted at the location even though it was advertised as being accepted. The supervisor was of no help and the only recommendation she could give was to apply for a home Depot credit card. Apparently customer service is no longer a priority at the Greensburg location.

Staff is wonderful and very accommodating! I love this store! I'd rather shop Home Depot verses ANY other store.

Big kudos to Karin who helped my husband at the check out. He stopped coming when they transferred over to self serve. Last time he came with me he saw that there was help at the registers so he will be back again. Very nice lady he said and he is not one to compliment.

Employees are very nice and always willing to help.

I do not work at Home Depot. I will not check my self out. Stop having your employees drag people to the self service checkouts to check them out…then walk away so the customer can bag their own items. If I wanted to bag my own items, I would voluntarily use a self service checkout, but I don’t want to bag my own items.

I was shopping for a drill for my husband . Kirsten was such a great help. She helped me with everything I needed . I have never had such wonderful service .

I found my whole room, rugs, and a 6.5ft Christmas tree! There were no fears as I shopped at Home Depot! Thanks so much!

We have bought a bunch of things here to remodel our home. The staff was super helpful and kind with us and our needs to ensure a safe space for our child and keeping things warm and cool during the seasons

The Greensburg Home Depot has the most respectful and Pleasant employees out of any other Home Depots I have dealt with in South Western Pa. The store also is well stocked and easy to navigate !

Everyone is very helpful and friendly the shelves are always stocked keep up the great work

Iam an over 58 year old Professional tradesmen , A 35 year Business owner and operator in the trade fields, Our company poured the Floor at the Greensburg Location, and we where there at its opening, we have shopped there for ever, lots of issues occurred back then and where solved in reasonable ways. Products where jammed into shelves, double stacked, and always there to "Walk-out-of-store" with. Today 7/8/2021 has the Home depo Looking sparse, large areas have "NO MERCHANDISE" Products are limited and not fully stocked. The Staff !!! wow , The Youth "YOUNGER" carless employees only want to get in their *8* hour shift in get paid , their Humor is "NONE" their attempts to act educated fall short of a German Shepard , It should not take 2 hours & 22minutes to purchase a product off the "Bottom" shelf , even if it is a one-piece tub/shower unit, Good luck to our Home Depo in Greensburg when the new "Wearhouse, 3 football fields" Home Improvement/ Contractors Heaven Opens up in Greensburg (Sheridan Property) in 2023. What a shame the Corporation that Governs the Home Depos their staff, locations have become "Ignorant" to their support Group (Customers) and "Condoning" the Aptitudes and Personalities of their staff Run the roost "Sorta speaking" when a Extremely Positive 35 year Tradesmen is made out to be Dumb (That's not the way to install that?) and is left to walk out of the store "Uncomfortable" WOW ! So-Be-It !! Home Depo. Good Luck in your Future competing with the "BIG GUYS" 2023

Staff are friendly though out the store. The store had all products we were shopping for. The website is very helpful. Carrie was very helpful at the self checkout.

Sure would love to hear from some "higher up" about my issues. But being the big company they sure don't care.

Best customer service around! All employees genuinely cared about getting me what I needed. They were very knowledgeable and I actually took the time to sit down with me and look through options to get me the right products. They were friendly and I got really great deals! Trust me, appliances are the same at any store. Come here for the great service!

Yesterday we were in the Garden Shop area and Debbie was completely the very best in her helping us with our needs and telling us everything we needed to know, checking us out quickly and knowing that she and others like her at this store would always help with anything you might need. I visit the Greensburg store several times a month. I can count on the employees to help me find a solution to the problem I am trying to solve, either by pointing me to the product that will fix my probem or by giving me other ideas as to how to solve my problem better. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I feel like that actually want to help me. I can't think of the last time I couldn't find a fix to my problem at this store. This store always seems to be well organized and clean. Check out is quick, friendly and handled either via cash or credit cart, my choice. Thanks Home Depot for having this store so close to me.....

Thank you Joe in the lumber department! You were knowledgeable, courteous and encouraging. You helped me with lumber for a project I’m doing. It was nice not having to hunt down someone for help.

Great staff. Dave assisted me with purchasing a new grill. He was able to find a fully assembled grill to save me time and went over it with me to ensure there was no damage and all the equipment was in place. He then escorted me to the checkout and helped load it into my vehicle. Great service and very helpful.

We like to shop at this Home Depot. Employees are friendly & helpful and their flowers & plants are cared for & look healthier than what's sold elsewhere.

Customer service at this Home Depot is outstanding! We were doing a bathroom remodel and Home Depot was amazing about items that had to be returned. We love shopping here!!!
