There outdoor furniture selection is the best in the area.

associates were helpful and had great attitudes, made me feel at home. however the store seemed a little short handed. a call for assistance needed to be made at the paint desk, and the tile area, however help came quickly, i wasn't expecting to see assistant managers doing regular associate jobs, especially when there wasn't a line of people ahead of me in both cases. Out of the 4 or 5 Home depots i shop at in the Greenville, Simpsonville area, the Woodruff road store is definatly a cut above the others and most enjoyable to shop, not withstanding all the road construction going on over there.

Employees were helpful in finding stuff and cashier Joseph was very quick and friendly.

Manager,Chris, and Pamela in blinds were extremely helpful!

This Home Depot is one of the best in the upstate and I have visited every one of them Anderson Greenville and Spartanburg. They are knowledgeable and very willing to help. It would be helpful if contractor Services was open on Saturday. I don't know too many contractors that aren't working 6 days a week minimum. Keep up the good work.

I've expressed my views and opinions regarding the Woodruff Store and it;s employees and store manager. It is a great store to shop at, the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and offer great customer service, The store manager Chris, can always be found in and around the store for added assistance and resolutions of any problems you may have. I recently went to a competitor's store because of a item that I couldn't find at Home Depot, and later had a issue. I requested a store manager and after waiting 20 minutes and still not seeing a manager or having my situation resolved, I left the store feeling unappreciated as a valued customer and swore that I would never support that store again. This situation would never had happened at the Woodruff store so, this is why it is critical to have and retain great managerial leadership of your company/organization. Chris, keep up the great work.

Great customer service! Not once did they seem annoyed while trying to help me navigate through such a big store! I'm sure it gets tedious sometimes.

Okay, so first off, I am a huge Home Depot fan. I come here for everything from ceiling lights to floor panels, and each time I am welcomed by a warm staff who is always there to help. I love that the place always reeks of wood. It really makes my allergy's act up and that just makes me the happiest person in the world. It basically means that I get to take Nyquil all day and night and basically feel like I'm on cloud nine without taking extremities. Life is great. Go home dePOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found everything I was looking for and was even asked by an associate if I needed any help.

Every associate from the young man gathering carts in the rain, the greeter, flooring associates, paint associates, and cashiers all acknowledged me and asked if they could help. Store management stopped me to check on my visit. Felt very confortable with my visit and plan to continue shopping at this store based off the staff and selections available.

This Home Depot is consistently well stocked and the inventory is keep up with. Don't have issues with having to go elsewhere to get a few items that were out of stock. This is my go to store now. Sorry Lowes, you just don't manage your store inventory well. Home Depot carries more items for the person that needs a good selection of parts. They have what you need and you don't have to take inferior items and try to make do with them.

This is my favorite store. Customer service is better than anywhere I have ever found.

Tavo was so helpful as we selected tile ,adhesive, and even air filters he saw us through the checkout line and helped us get our heavy tile to the car! Jim at the register was professional and friendly. They made us feel valued and like part of the family!

My husband and I went into the store for some "after Christmas shopping" and came out with much more. The associates were friendly and very helpful. Pamela in Appliances is the lady you need to see if you're in search of any appliances. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond to answer questions we had. Customer Service Team was also friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we will be visiting more often.

If you need help or guidance see Joe he my gift purchase, he helped went above and beyond to get us the best deal and guided us with the options.

I always enjoy going to Home Depot for items I need, as well as finding new items I knew nothing about. The Home Depot Associates are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is one particular cashier I always now try to find if he is in. I never knew him prior to Home Depot, but he is always friendly: smiling, and helpful. He always makes me feel welcome, and glad I came to Home Depot, His name is Joseph. I do not know his last name, but he is, I think, quite an asset for this store. I always enjoy seeing him when I’m there.

I have always found Home Depot to have the items I wanted in stock. Their Associates are knowledgeable, and always helpful. The cashier I usually try to go to (if available) is named Joseph. I never knew Joseph prior to going to Home Depot, but he (Joseph) always makes me feel extremely welcome. He always thanks me for my business. He always has a smile on his face? He always makes me feel glad I came to Home Depot.

This store always seems to have everything in stock that I need. If I start here then I don't have to end up here to get the things the competition is out of. They are closer to home but very aggravating. The store is well staffed and able to give help when needed. I like the self check out when I only have a few things as the next nearest home hardware store is never staffed up front and does not have self check out. Cashiers here are very quick and friendly, Joe especially. Very personable and very helpful.
