I have used this Home Depot location for 25 years, often, and I know where everything is. The work force is made up mostly mature individuals, who know their stuff. That is much appreciated.

Was shopping in the Garden section and told I needed to leave that area. 2:45 PM on a Saturday, not closing time. The employee politely gave me two choices, help me find what I needed and leave the area, or leave the area and come back later. His diction was so poor I couldn't understand what they needed to do, which they would not be permitted to do if I remained in that area. I had him help me get the next thing on my list and I bailed. I wasn't totally done shopping but was so perplexed I thought it was best to leave.

The women in the paint department could use an etiquette and manners lesson. I am not sure how the entire interaction occurred without a smile, a greeting, or a thank you. The store manager needs to watch them because they sure made up my mind to never return to this store.

I had a great personal experience. CJ found the part I was looking for and also helped me pick out wood and ask good questions to make my project go more smoothly.

Everything is very neat and clean. The staff are exceptional always knowing where to send you to locate items. I was able to find everything on my shopping lists. Many times they showed me the item. I love the garden section, I am working on my flower beds and the plants are healthy, with many varieties, to create a wonderful butterfly garden. The staff loaded my heavy bags of soil. This is one reason I love the garden center.

Good location, ample parking, nice employees, lots of what I need in stock. The layout of cash registers is always awkward at Home Depots, but staff always willing to ring you up at other end of store.

The Brentwood Home Depot is not the place to go for appliances if you want service and accuracy. Some reps are not only unhelpful, but rude. We had the same refrigerator delivered two weeks in a row! First one wouldn't fit through front door. Returned to store for smaller model and the same model in a different color was sent out. Returned to store and they didn't want to provide a refund until we spoke to manager who then had to call Samsung. After a lot of discussion we were finally granted a refund.

clara in bath design went above 2 help me out and offer upgrade of toilet wanted because showed 3 and had 0,for same price after looking at most other stores in area that all showed in stock and had none

I really like this store. It is quite convenient. The majority of the staff are ATTENTIVE, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I also shop at the other lumber store across the street and will say this about my recent experiences at both stores. My last 2 visits across the street, I had a very hard time finding floor staff to help me, while at this Home Depot...every staff member I walked past, asked if I needed help.

By far the best HD in MO, IL and NY. Not exaggerating!

This stores, even among other home depot stores, employees have the qualities that appeal to those who enjoy courteous and knowledgeable sales people.

They store was very clean and the aisles were clear!! I love the clearance section they have and it always looks clean and well organized. the associates are always around to answer any questions I may have!

Your store Rocks!! I was treated with the utmost courtesy and most helpful customer service I could ask for. I spent 45 minutes in the store across the street just waiting for someone to even ask if I needed assistance, Then no one came to help me finish my custom order !! As always Home depot outshines MEANaRDS!!!!! 100 to 1

if you need a special paint and are not sure it will be mixed right, ask James in the paint department at Maplewood store.

I strongly recommend this store for supplies and assistance with your project. The staff are all very knowledgeable, and able to direct you where you need to go, to get what you need fast. He store is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. In addition, their manager, Shawn, is fantastic. He help smooth out a situation from a delivery from another store, that had a damaged product. He helped me replace my products and have it delivered immediately so that I can complete my project on time. All of the staff in that store work together well.

Horrible customer service!! Had a tag on an item that put it $50 below regular price, went to check out and the manager accused me of printing the tag myself to get a discount in front of several other people including someone from my child’s daycare! Completely embarrassing. I simply asked them to honor the price on the product and the “supervisor” told me no, stop changing tags.

The store's space is clean and large and also the parking lot is good. I didn't go often the Home depot but each time I went to there I always find a friendly assistance to help me to find the products I was looking for.
