From first entering the Hawthorne, CA HoME Depot store to exiting, we were greeted and assisted by three employees. That’s nice, considering all the COVID19 madness going on. We were able to go directly to aisle 4 for charcoal and exit the store in a timely manner. Keep up the great work Home Depot.

I frequent the Hawthorne store #0620 a few times a month and each time the people on the floor in the various departments are knowledgeable and helpful especially for someone who is not particularly knowledgeable about "Do It Yourself" projects. I am always impressed with the diversity of the stores inventory as I shop in both the garden center as well as the main store. I seem to always find what I'm shopping for which makes for a productive experience in needing to go to just one store. So from shopping for the products needed to the checkout process the experience has always been efficient.

The store was clean and product were easy to find and plenty in stock! Cashiers were helpful and also quick!

I had an extremely, phenomenal experience at Home Depot. I have absolutely no experience with plumbing or repairing any issues in the home. However, I did want to set up a little power wash to clean the bathtub and shower. The employees were so kind, friendly a explained everything and even a nervous novice was able to set up everything and IT WORKKS!! A special thanks to Angel. I met him that morning and he provided me with just the items I needed and demonstrated how to set things up. I forgot the pliers, returned and met Eddie. He was also really nice, very helpful and chose the type of pliers that I needed. Leslie and Roxy were present when I checked out. They were nice and provided great customer service. I rarely write reviews unless I had a great experience and they deserve A+++++. Thanks Again!

This store is conveniently located in the city of Hawthorne California Close to the San Diego Freeway I405 I t is a huge warehouse offering a wide variety of Home Improvements products It caters to the handyman for relatively light projects as well as the professional contractor who desires to build major construction projects It is well stocked with professional knowledgeable sales persons who know their products and ready to provide advice & assistance The staff if friendly and the store has ample parking with convenient hours, seven days a week Products can be easily located throughout the store

for the most part the employees are super helpful. if it was in my area id definitely go there for home repair needs

Great customer service! The management and staff are very friendly and willing to help. I received awesome customer service from the manager, Cesar. This store really takes COVID-19 protections serious. They control entry to prevent overcrowding and maintain social distancing. The curbside pickup keeps me safe. Keep up the great work! Masks are a must. The store is clean and well organized. The perfect place for all my hardware/construction needs. I am a Home Depot customer for life (I've shopped here since 1992)!

The store is always clean. I really appreciate the knowledge the customer representatives possess. I also like the fact that you can ask “any” employee where any item is and they are able to direct you right to it.

Dont ever fall down at this store. Management and employees don’t care about their customers well being by any means.

The floor and sales associates are all friendly and truly helpful not like other stores that have left me standing feeling lost and confused. Although this store is out of my way I will make sure to return for any future home needs.

Employees do not respect customers who attempt to keep the social distance. They block the aisles while talking and have to be asked to move. The only bright spot here is the cashier was friendly.

This store has really improved its service since I was there last. I’d give it 5 stars, but I want to return to see if their service is consistent. Jose in the garden section came up to me almost immediately to offer help and directed me to the very spot I needed to be to find the product I was looking for. He was very friendly and was helping a lot of other customers in the aisle so he was very attentive and working hard. I don’t know him, but I hope they keep him.
