I ordered a front door installation in the first week of September and HomeDepot which normally would take about 4-6 weeks. It ended up being cancelled on me 3 times for installation by Home Depot and was rescheduled 4 times and was rescheduled again to be in January 2020. 5 months to have a front door installed is ridiculous. No one should receive this terrible service. You guys have major issues with logistics and sub contracting. I spent $3600 and after the forth reschedule I got a full refund and will never step into Home Depot again. The absolute worst I have ever seen in service and product installation services ever.

Definitely would recommend this Home Depot... Service was excellent. Purchased a washer and dryer set. Was quick and easy. Employee Richard was a tremendous help.

Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly. The self checkout was quick and awesome.

Overall super friendly and knowledgable staff that is always willing to give advice and support

If you EVER need help replacing your front door and it’s an odd and complicated size ask for Joshua in Millworks! He was absolutely phenomenal at solving our issues and spent days on our project! We were so impressed with his efforts and great customer service! We are so excited to get our beautiful new front door installed!

Always get great service at this store in the departments I frequent. The store has so many great personalities that make it very enjoyable to shop. Love the gals and guys at the registers and self check area!

The help you get at the store is superior than most home improvement areas of chain retail. It’s a wonderful thing when you see how pleasant an experience can be. One kind employee, one item found, one project accomplished or sometimes, one substantial discount can give you the inspiration to tackle your next improvement project. You begin to think you have unlimited access & support. We all want the to do list eventually shorten. The Indian Lake store seems consistently well managed to the degree that it spreads to mindset of employees , better product selection and the general flow of daily operations. You just feel it when you do business there so frequently.

The employees in the garden center are passionate about their jobs and assuring that customers are treated like royalty.

I am in home depot every week,my experience has been good over all in all the area stores.Up until about a year and a half ago I have not had a company commercial acct. card . So I dealt with the pro desk .When I go through Max ,Woody and George always say hello and ask if I need help.Now I check out with the cashiers who are always ready to assist, and ask did I find everything. I like home depot I find what I need or can get help to find it . Their stores are clean, bathrooms always!

Staff is very helpful..They always have what I need and nine times out of ten, they have extra product, in case I need more than 1 of anything. Easy to find what I need, if not, each member of the staff knows where it is and how everything works.

The quantity and quality of supplies was excellent. Plenty of staff in all departments to help with any questions. Didn't have to hunt for someone for help like you do at other competitors. We bought quite a bit of supplies to build our grandson's swingset/clubhouse and our experience was quick and effortless! Love this store!

The associates at this location are knowledgeable and always helpful this store is my first choice for anything that I need for my home.

Service desk was very helpful. Store inventory indicated there were 4 of the plumbing item I needed but there were none on the shelf. Service person looked up other nearby stores and called until confirmed a HD that actually had the valve stem assembly. Arrangement was made to have the item at the other store's service desk for me to pick up.

Chad in the lumber Dept of the Hendersonville,TN store was awesome. He helped us immensely by showing us exactly what to get in order to finish our remodeling job. Wow! Couldn't have found better help.

Chad in the lumber Dept is very knowledgeable, and always ready to help and in a good mood! He Often times it's hard to find someone like that in a hardware store ready willing and able to help. Chad is definitely my go to guy at Home Depot of Hendersonville.
