I love visiting this Home Depot store. Great people and customer service!!!

I entered the store late xmas eve in search of a Christmas tree for my great aunt. The services received form line staff (young male - I forgot to get his name, smh), manager Bryant and sales clerk Elizabeth was extraordinary. All of the employees I encountered that night embodied the definition of great sportsmanship and exuded the true meaning of providing customer service. This is by far one of the best experiences I've had in years going into a home improvement/ retail store.

Mrs.Ariel was nice, helpful and rung me up when another lady acted as if she was too busy.

Horrible place to shop workers are not friendly or helpful. Just a horrible they need to close this store.

The light bulb l bought were Home Depot brand, so glad l chose them.

Everyone treated me as if they valued me as a customer and genuinely cared about my purchase.

I was in the parking lot pushing a very heavy cart searching for my vehicle and, looked like I was lost and struggling with the shopping cart. Someone said, do you need some help? I didn't know that the Home Depot rep that was helping me, was the Store Mgr, Bryant Clay. Customer Service was is awesome!

The employees here walk away from you without speaking when you ask for help. One lady ignored me while looking at Facebook on her phone. When I asked her for assistance, she rolled her eyes at me. The online inventory is NEVER accurate, the employees have told me no one ever updates it. There is glass all over the parking lot, only about 20 spaces total you won't get a flat parking in. I have had to unload 80lb bags of mortar from the top overstock shelf with the movable stairs myself because no one would help me. An employee walked by and told me I can't be doing that, then walked away without offering to help or to call someone to help. Today, I had a pleasant change thanks to Raven and Tyrone who went above and beyond to help me. They tracked down the item I was looking for (in another part of the store stocked in the wrong area) and lowered the pallet for me. Raven was so kind, and helpful, and was so calming to me. I appreciate her and commend her for providing excellent service. She is a bright light in a store full of rude and unhelpful children playing at having a job.

The Store overall have very good customer service

Staff at this location were super helpful and very polite. Will definitely go back to this location. Plenty of products in stocks also!

Cashier Nelly is AWESOME!! She goes above & beyond her means to make sure your shopping experience was ENJOYABLE!!

The manager at this store was great or I should say excellent! He approached me without my request and helped me to purchase a product that I was unknowledgeable of and uncertain. He explained and demonstrated what I needed, answered all of my questions and smiled the entire time. Thanks so much Bryant.

The store is overall helpful if I need an associate. Cashiers are always friendly.

This store for me always has what I need when I need it and for me that is a really good thing I have purchased bath room parts a compress and stapler and nail gun wood and spray paint vacuum cleaner and tile keys .made and glass and plastic cut there was always some body to help cut point out assist and guide me in a safe manner , store clean or isles were blocked if they were working on them for our safety yep I like u guys

I had the best experience working with store Associate Kim at the Riverdale store. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was shocked when another Associate involved me that the manager would be helping me with my interest in getting new doors installed. Kim was amazing and provided OUTSTANDING customer service.

I went to 3 different big name stores looking for a lawn mower. Home Depot was the ONLY one that had what I wanted in stock. One young lady was extremely helpful and went above & beyond to help me. The other 2 employees I dealt with were also extremely helpful and courteous.

Great manager and employees. Always willing to hep. Store is neat and clean. Always can find someone to give me assistance. I would highly recommend this store.

The store was clean and everyone was courteous, helpful and smiled. The store manager was down to earth and interacted very well with the customers. I was really glad to see that he was approachable as some store managers are not.

The store employees have no concept of customer service or product knowledge. I was shopping for a simple rain gauge. Not only did no employee know where they were, one particular young man didn't know what one was. When I tried to explain what a rain gauge was, he said... " telling me twice isnt going to make me understand it" and walked off. Unbelievably poor experience.

There's no other store that I would rather shop at than my neighborhood home Depot the workers are friendly the stores and restrooms are clean and people actually care about your time and have no problem going out of their way to show you where an item may be located

I review this store the GREATEST, today I was able to fine all the products I needed it was easy. I received the greates assistance from Ms.Jennifer and Ms.Shanecice both was friendly and helpful. The store was clean.

I don't go to this store often but it seems to be the same as the one I go to the most, Collierville.

I am a divorcee with little home improvement knowledge and I have to renovate and sell my house. I was intimidated by tools and machines, but when I go to Home Depot and tell them what I am trying to do, they help me find exactly what I need. This includes light fixtures and wall patching and gutter problems. They are always knowledgeable and quick to offer help. They have helped me gain courage to tackle my projects. Thank you Home Depot employees for going out of your way to help me get my projects done!
