so very slow this morning but rather than the 4 employees who were standing at check outs just talking story they could have checked us out rather than have us go to self check out.

I'm so happy with my purchases and I got them on sale. Salesclerk Oralia was instrumental with my purchases. I saved about 200.00 dollars.

I was financed for the entire amount of money, an exceptional amount. Immediately when I went in looking for a washer and dryer on an emergency run. Walked out fully financed and withen 3 days shipping!

Returned an item I bought that Home Depot took my money for immediately, but have now been told it will take 3-5 businesss days for the $400.00 + refund to be applied back to my purchasing credit card. Add in the weekend on either end and that can be a full 9 days. Even Apple and United Airlines issue refunds within minutes.

The Cashier was kind and aided me with all my purchases. She went over an beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

I’m building a walk in shower in my home. The employees in the tile department are knowledgeable, friendly, and physically helpful! Tile and the materials needed to install it are heavy! The Hilo store employees have been super helpful- it’s been three trips so far and each time I have been given excellent service from selection, to check out, to loading into my car. Thank you!

There are lots of HD staff members to help with shopping, check out, and loading. I recommend this HD.

This store is regularly out of common items. I've learned to place an online order for anything I absolutely have to have before traveling.

She was extremely helpful and cheery. She checked to see if the appliances were available at a nearby store. Shel scanned and checked out the other miscellaneous items that were in my cart, after helping me buy a washing machinr.

If you need help in the paint department look for Randy. He is so helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the products in that department. I wish he was there full time.

Asking for assistance is a crapshoot.. some don't want to be bothered and others go out on a limb to assist. I know it's a safety issue but closing half the isles of the store then just leaving the forklift in the middle of the isle and then every one leaves with all the isles closed off. Luckily there is hpm that will bring lumber to your vehicle and load it for you.

Friendly employees. Helpful and willing to help. Store is neat & clean and so are the bathrooms.

The employee that helped me with what I was looking for had exceptional expertise in that field. Perfect fit for the department.

I've been avoiding going to the Hilo Home Depot for the past several years as the service ranged from non-existent to horrible. As the other 2 hardware stores did not have what I needed, I ventured into Home Depot and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted and asked if they could help me find what I needed, and they knew right where my needed item was. To top it off, there were actually check out clerks working that were helpful as well. I actually asked the clerk if they were under new management, she said yes. Kudos to the new management!

Purchased door seems perfect in size, shape and color.

Many products available right in the store is such a convenience.

Are any of you out there annoyed by the amount of inventory that is stacked in main isles to "get your attention"? If you are, please write a complaint like I just did to Home Depot. Sometimes the isles are barely narrow enough for a cart and not even enough room for two way traffic. I wonder what the fire department thinks about this? Don't get me wrong, I love Home Depot.

Roxy is the best worker there. She didn’t hesitate to help anyone looking in her department. If she’s not the manager of that department than someone needs to promote her. Her willingness to help others in a stressful world in itself only showed her true colors. I wish there were more workers like Roxy. She went above and beyond.

The staff at Hilo Home Depot are VERY friendly and helpful! I JUST now took the online survey to personally recognize a particular cashier who always remembers me and he ALWAYS goes Above-and-Beyond to assist me with ANYTHING I need (...from retrieving a heavy item from the back of the store to ringing it up and personally loading it into car!) His name begins with an A (ALWAYS A+ service!) I wish I could enter SEVERAL OTHER employees to recognize them for their great attitudes and helpful, friendly demeanors! I am going to make an honest effort to start taking the quick, online surveys from now on! You go to HomeDepot.com/Survey and enter the ID# and Password (located at the BOTTOM of your receipt, below 'DID WE NAIL IT?' Then you answer a FEW questions and can acknowledge employee(s) if you want (of complain). It also adds YOU to possibly win a $5000 HD gift card!

I must say, my experience at Home Depot is not always the best, but today I felt cared for and supported. Thank you for sticking with me and getting my problem solved.

Bought 2 upright freezers on the phone with a wonderful salesperson who place our order very quickly and easily. It's the second time we have worked with her and she is great.

Jolene in tools help us find the item (that was in over stock top shelf's) and had it ready at the front waiting for us to allow us to continue shopping. Jolene is a 10 star employee. Then Jan the cashier continued that wonderful service both very helpful and great to do business with.
