Every staff member I asked for help actually helped me find what I needed. The store environment is way better than it use to be. I am sad to see all the cash registers gone and it’s now all self pay - that’s sad!

Bought Ryobi 1/4 " impact to replace bolts holding down pool cage , drove over 90 bolts in an still had plenty of battery left to assemble a 2x12x8 raised garden bed . An still had battery life on a lil 1.5 amp battery. Surprisingly had no problem finding decent lumber that was straight .

I frequently use the Holiday store for various projects. They have been very helpful in all my questions and orders.

Asked for help in the screening dept and was told to match it up myself. No help given.

The salespeople and staff are always helpful and upbeat. Just bought a new home and they always have what I need.

I really liked the tack I got but there were no more of the very ones I wanted and the employees didn't offer any more help to see if anymore were on stock

Employees seem more interested in talking to each other than actually helping a customer

When I experienced a big problem with the installation of my new washer and dryer my daughter called the manager of the store. She got involved immediately, diligently and got me the results I needed and appreciate. She was wonderful and very, very helpful.

I bought this product months ago and extremely satisfied.

I live up north but have properties in Tarpon Springs. The Home Depot back home is terrific. I dread when I need to go to the store in Holiday,FL. The employees at this store are not very good especially at the pro end.

I bought flowers and mulch that was reasonably priced

There is always a friendly associate to greet me upon entering the store. Also, all the associates are knowledgeable and eager to assist me.

Always... the plumbing department is knowledgeable and very willing to help!

I just rated my experience at your store and I did but I forgot to mention Ellie. SHE is the most helpful employee that you have for customer service. She has helped me several times and has ALWAYS been a life saver. She definitely deserves kudos! And no, I don't know her.

We went to different home improvement stores and the Home Depot in Holiday Florida really was helpful and They had enough staff and helped us to order all our appliances..

We no longer expect any type of service at retail stores any more, things have changed and employees don't seem to care. Instead, I travel to Holiday Home Depot because everyone is awesome and always willing to help! I especially want to thank the Manager, Sam for always having the time to help customers! He's nothing short of time, class, knowledge and excellent customer service. Best!

We own a Cleaning and maintenance/ handyman company and we purchase 95% of our needed products from our local Home Depot. Very seldom do we ever have to shop elsewhere when we have a project to complete. We are always greeted with a smile and at least one staff member will ask us if we need help with anything.

Anabela was incredibly helpful and genuinely cared. I shopped in the garden area for probably 2 hours in countering at least 5 employees and Anabela was absolutely the best!

Great store with wonderful friendly and knowledgeable employees. We are currently remodeling one of our bathrooms and were shopping Home Depot and their biggest competitor. Hands down, Home Depot makes home repairs and remodeling easier for us DIYers.

The garden center is always a place I love to go and browse and end up buying from. For the most part, the plants are kept watered and look great.

Nice store. Well stocked in every department. Staff always recognizes and thanks me for my Air Force Career when I show my ID Card for their discount to servicemen. Busiest store in the area and amazingly still staffed during COVID pandemic.

This store is always clean and the associates always make you feel important. Sometimes just a smile, or “Hello, can I help you?” Can make all the difference in someones life. And your doing that. Thank you!
