They are only too happy to assist in any way possible. From entering the store to checking out. All employees that we encountered along the way.

My husband and I went to purchase a pack of shear pins and the lady at the service desk was very rude, we asked if we could checkout there and she pointed at the returns sign and laughed in our faces. Also the worse part about the situation is there wasn’t a single customer around besides us, and the associates behind the service desk that were just talking and goofing around. We then proceeded to go down to the self checkout ring out our own merchandise. We had then asked to speak to a manager and we’re told it would be a couple minutes, after 20 minutes of waiting we couldn’t wait any longer because we had to go get our children from school, we will shop elsewhere and also pass the word on how awful the customer service is.

The ease of getting in and out of the store is great, usually always have what I want and if they don’t or I can’t find something they always go out of their way to find it and all are always very nice to me. It’s a great store.

Just purchased a new washing machine. The sales associate, Robin C. was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. She was great.

The applaince department employees are EXCELLENT

I am a recent DIY person. I don’t have a lot of experience in that area. The people at Honesdale Pa store we extremely patient and helpful to me in getting the correct materials and tools to do my project. PS it came out perfectly much to my surprise and joy!

Live in Florida and previously New York. This visit to Honesdale, PA store was so exceptional thanks to the great assistance from Melanie, Bill and other staff. Must assume management has promoted this level of service. A ++ Found everything needed. Great store.

Nice clean organized store.

Chris was a night shift worker he went above and beyond to help me find a piece that broke off my whole house water filter. I wouldn't know what to do of he hadn't helped me step by step on how to use an alternative piece to replace the plastic piece that had broken and wasn't in shock. Absolutely great worker!!!

Recent visit to store and more recent survey have me perplexed with who is in charge of the kids running the stores. I could not complete my survey - only 500 characters allowed? So I will try one more time to get your attention. I tried to get results while in the store and was referred to the survey, then here. My review is for the Military discount program. It seems that the HD kids have decided to implement a smartphone app that, I assume is to collect marketing data. Great for all those who have smartphones (I do Not) and can comply with the demands of the HD kids. I asked this question at checkout when the clerk told me that I must now fill out an application online and download to my smartphone, the HD tool so I can acquire the military discount when checking out. Well I asked the question "What if I do not have a smartphone?". The clerk was dumbfounded and spoke to her supervisor, who was also not in the know. Some of my questions are: Does HD now require me to purchase a smartphone? Will I get a discount on that purchase? Who decided not to do a complete walkthrough before pulling the trigger on this clearly botched program deployment. Who decided that every military vet has a smartphone? Oops, did the old HD shopper just get under your fingernails. Fix the problem, or at least explain why you won't. I could go on, but I think the point is made

I received excellent service where two employees went above and beyond to help me find the item I was looking for that I saw online.

I purchased a rug in the flooring department, A very nice sales rep women helped me to get a rug from the bottom of the pile of 15 8 X 10 rugs. She worked very hard in doing so. Also the rug is beautiful and very good quality.

This was a great experience as it always is at Home Depot. Lately they’ve had everything I need did my projects and at a good price. Friendly sales associates there to help you find what your in need of. Will be going back soon that’s for sure!

I have always found this store to be clean. Who wants to walk into a dirty store? Not me. My wife and I found just what we were looking for in a new dishwasher. We did by a new one with the assistance of one of your store associates who was very helpful, friendly, and very professional at her job. I highly recommend the Honesdale, Pa. Home Depot. I've never been disappointed there, so, I'll keep coming back!

Dave in the appliance department was super nice and friendly with a good sense of humor. He greeted us immediately and let us take our time to make decisions that he knew would be important with appliances we would be using for years to come. He communicated very well and remembered to give us a store discount we did not know about. He took the time to show us several models we were interested in and made sure they would fit into the spaces that they were going to be installed into. I joked with and told him I would tell management to give him a raise! Give Dave a raise. He is a valued employee!

The design consultants at the Honesdale Home Depot kitchen cabinet department are skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful. I couldn't have redesigned my kitchen without Jay and his expertise. The staff in this department really know their trade, make great recommendations, and know the design software very well. I am so thankful that I made an appointment to meet with Jay. This made it possible to get the personalized attention my job deserves. Thanks to Jay, I have a brand new kitchen! Thanks Jay N.!!!
