Carpet is about 3 years old and now buckling/rippling. Store tells us it's the installers problem, installer tells us to call the store. No expert available to help diagnose problem, just told to replace it.

If you are a DIY sometimes you might want another opinion, suggestion, or just help with your project. The employees at the Hudson Home Depot have excellent product knowledge and outstanding communication skills. You can't go wrong at this Home Depot.

I went in to make a selection for new carpet. The guy (younger kid) was incredibly helpful and polite. I was having a hard time choosing a carpet and he did very well explaining the differences to me and helped me make a great choice to fit my needs. I wish I could remember his name to give him credit specifically. If it wasn't for him, my shopping experience would not have been so great! Definitely will return in the future if I ever need carpet again and I hope he is still working there.

We were impressed that there were people available to answer our questions and help locate the products we were looking for.

Steve was extremely helpful and so nice and easy to talk to and work with. We look for him everytime we go there!

Love shopping at Home Depot. Store is clean. They always have enough product and will special order something they don't have. They always have someone to assist. Associates are very friendly. Definitely will continue to shop at Home Depot.

Everyone here is always friendly and stops to say hi when I am shopping. I even would drive to this store back when I was living in St. Paul and skip other competitors stores that were closer, just so I could come to this store. Staff is always helpful and stores and isles are always clean and free of debris. I hope they treat their wonderful employees as nice as their employees treat their customers as these staff members truly do go above and beyond.

The store was neat, and I could find everything I needed. I was looking for a kitchen stove. The clerk, Abie, helped me decide on a stove. She had a thorough knowledge of her products. The stove I wanted was not in stock, but I was assured that it would be delivered to my home in two weeks time. The purchase process was smooth and simple.

All of the people that we dealt with from several different departments were friendly and knowledgeable. Made it easy to get what we needed and be on our way!

I needed to return some vinyl flooring that was damaged from the shipping company. Cody in the customer service area helped me and made the return quick and easy. He said he was sorry for the problems from the shipping company. Cody was nice to work with.

The associate was very knowledgeable about our product and was also able to assist in locating additional necessary items. Very helpful.

I bought a new dishwasher in feb of 21. Phil was very helpful. I had to track down help tho. Will shop there again.

JJ the store employee went above and beyond expectations to help me find and decide on all the items I needed for a sauna project. He reminded me of someone you’d find in a hometown hardware store.

I walked in for two items. A gentlemen named Phil greeted me at the door. Asked what he could help me with, led me directly to what I needed and said " have a great rest of your day!"

Clean, easy to shop. Could use better signage for deals and promos.

The staff is so helpful. I love how they will help you find what your looking for instead of just pointing to an isle. Even on a personal level they have listened to the stresses we have had with our house and life and been very encouraging.
