For the most part, I can usually find Everything I need from my projects Here at the Humacao store. The staff is always very attentive and knowledgeable.

A clean store and and a friendly employees

I recently visited the pain area needeing help and guidance and hot it from Manuel. Professional, courteous and patient! Above all knowledgable. Wow! What a pleasure. Wish all the store personnel was like that!!!

I’m remodeling my home and I visit this sore almost every day either to buy or find ideas for my projects.

I bought a Kitchen sink on 8/12/23, and stopped by the plumbing section to ask one of the store staff. Mr Wilson Alejandro took guided me in all the tools and accessories I needed to DIY it. He is very knowledgeable about all the things I needed to complete the installation. I’m from Virginia and Mr Alejandro should instruct the Fairfax HD’s on how to serve the public.

If you need variety and pricing affordable to everybody, Home Depot is the place to go!!

To me having to correct people to help others getting the right product is a A+ to us. And is the reason why we go to this store location. We drive 45+ minute to this store for that reason.

If you live anywhere in Puerto Rico and you have a need to go to a hardware store and are frustrated by your experiences at Home Depot, don’t give up, and make it a day trip to the Humacao Home Depot which is remarkably clean, very well stocked and very well staffed with masses of helpful, knowledgeable and eager to please staff. My experience has rekindled my interest in Home Depot and in the many projects in my pipeline that seem to have gone by the wayside these last few years simply because of the previously highly frustrating experiences I’ve had. At the Humacao store, you won’t have to ask fellow frustrated and confused customers about where to find anything etc. GIVE IT A GO and while at it, consider stopping off at almost adjacent Playa Santiago. We have to figure how to enjoy ourselves and this Humacao store is a good stepping stone on the way to our personal recoveries.
