I really was happy with my trip and everything went great.

The baords weren’t even close to being cut right and they didn’t offer much to offset the problems it’s creating.

The flooring I wanted was not in stock but Erin was very proficient in getting it ordered and shipped to the store.

Every time I shop at the Home Depot on Thundering Herd Dr everyone is helpful and friendly. I’m flipping a house in downtown Huntington, WV and make several trips, even multiple times a day and have nothing negative to say. Well done!

I had to drive 45 minutes from my house to this Home Depot to find what I was looking for because home-improvement stores in my area didn’t have what I needed. Once I got there, I had trouble finding it in the garden center. Xavier was a tremendous help in helping me find it, and Mason and Justin were also a tremendous help with getting my items loaded onto the truck. They were very friendly and I appreciate their help.

We bought a refrigerator at the barboursville store, and our salesperson, Mary, was really professional and knowledgeable. She made the experience very pleasant and was able to help us get a discount that we didn't expect. Thank you Mary. You are a wonderful person and very professional and knowledgeable.

Went to purchase washer and dryer , Mary Clayborn is the one to find for help with that. She is very knowledgeable in her field and she treats you like family and a close friend. Good Christian lady and will praise Jesus right with you! Such a beautiful soul!

The people at this HD are the best always there to help.

The cashier was the rudest woman I have ever encountered she snapped and her tone was awful with everything she said.

Spent three hours identifying items needed and put on an order. Special service associate Alyssa saved the day by building quote when no one else was available.

First I did my price check of all the stores not only did they have best prices every thing was in stock, arrived at my Home Depot as I walked in I could tell immediately that it was stocked full employees where everywhere putting up inventory straightening shelves, I stoped at customer service asked where I would find what I came for she smiled real big and told me exactly where it was I thanked her and took care of business on the way out she asked if I wanted help loading it. Good job Home Depot.

Bought a live Christmas tree on Christmas Eve and they charged full price for a half dead tree that they were going to give away the day after Christmas. It was needed desperately for a good cause but I should have just kept driving somewhere else. Mistake that I will not make again.

They do not follow their posted hours and the manager I spoke with on the phone was very smug and cocky. I find it amusing that store management has an attitude on the phone. I doubt he would do the same in person, but as they say a fish rots from the head, and this store is rotten.

Very attentive to your needs. Have purchased many items from this store for my home. Each time I have needed help or a item the manager will see to it that they will order and see that I receive needed material.

Assistance is always readily available. Items are marked and priced clearly. Employees are very courteous.
