It seems we constantly have a home improvement project underway. We consistently receive friendly, knowledgeable assistance from every area of the Huntsville, Texas Home Depot. At the risk of sounding like a total nerd, we've even found ourselves running through there just to kill time.

Employees were friendly and very helpful. They made sure that we found everything that we came for.

pro desk almost always backed up

Its a hit and miss if you need help loading or geting something on top other than that its good.

I have been shopping at this store for over 25 years and have never had a problem with a purchase or return of an item because I chose the wrong product. Mark, especially in the appliance dept has aways been a pleasure to work with and has always looked for ways to save me money with his knowledge of the merchandise and suggested items to buy that will not only last long but or a better vaule. All the employees at this store are pleasant and helpful

Bad customer service based on my experience. The regular associates are more friendly and courteous. However, the supervisor that I dealt with by the name of Donova including the assistant Mgrs Rick and Deborah showed no remorse and compassion with the experience that I’ve been through. Deborah, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I think I would’ve been fine if they show compassion and sincere apology to me.

Customer service employees were gossiping with themselves and other employees and just pointed when asked where things are. It’s not cute and it’s not professional. I don’t know they’re names but it was a blonde and a redhead who work mornings

I found the employees nice and helpful. However, the prices are higher than other stores on the same materials and I couldnt get anyone to help me load my vehicle. I have a heart problem and I bought six 50 pound bags of sand. Im not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds. But, hey....I didnt die in the parking lot, so all is well.

It is nice , clean and friendly employees.

I am glad to have a Home Depot store as close as Huntsville when I need tools and materials for constructing signs for my customers.

Store is well laid out, with plenty of friendly, helpful employees. Shop here often, and highly recommend this store.

I have been into innumerable home improvement stores, and this one is stellar. It is clean, well maintained, well-stocked, and most importantly has helpful, and available employees. I highly recommend this store if you have need of anything short of food.

Quite possibly some of the friendliest people we have encountered! Everyone from flooring to paint to cashiers were all helpful and very nice.

The facility including outside in the Pro area and parking lot is clean and organized. I didn't need employee assistance but a very professional gentleman assisted my needs without being asked. As I was heading across the facility to another department, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance finding anything. My cashier greeted me with a smile and was very professional. This facility in Huntsville has always been clean, organized, professional, and helpful every time I shop there. Thank you Home Depot of Huntsville for fast, friendly, and professional assistance of every visit making my shopping experience delightfull and easy.

Worst service ever!!! Hard to find anyone to help when you are walking around. Cannot find anyone to help you load. Cannot find anyone that know how to do another department other than their own. Manager not on the floor....in some room somewhere.

Didn't find what I needed but store employee did help me find the isle it would have been on if they did have. They weren't out just didn't have a size needed. I did find a nice gift in the plant department for a very reasonable price. Succulent in ceramic container for only $5.00. She loved it. Hope there are more when I need another gift.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Very bad experience with the lumber department. The employees acted like they could care less if they helped you or not.

Great place to get things for your projects and home! They people are very helpful and make you feel right at home! Always enjoy going there!

This store is always neat and clean and has the items I need in stock for a great price. The employees are friendly AND helpful, often asking if you need help, not just waiting to be asked. It's the best Home Depot I've ever shopped in!

Excellent customer service. Recently refinished my bathroom tile and tub with a refinishing kit. The paint from the kits did not coat as it was supposed to and I will have to redo the project from scratch. I went to the store with my receipt, three empty cans of paint and explained the problem I was having. They issued a refund for the cost of the paint with no trouble at all. I appreciate knowing they help their customers out if a product does not work as it should.

All of the employees are friendly. That's a big plus with me. Pretty nice selection of merchandise. Home Depot has some to the best cleaning supplies . Paint dept you can have small samples of paint mixed to try before you buy the bigger gallons. Tile section you can buy single tiles to get an idea of how they will look in your home. Then can be returned. So glad to have a Home Depot in Huntsville Tx.
