All the employees were helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic about helping me navigate the store and my self checkout.

I like to go to look at the mowers out front and see all the styles ann prices. A couple of them say sit on can see how comfortable I am. So I do. Then I ponder and dream and imagine how the other half lives.😁 I have a big yard and a lot to mow with my mowers always breaking down Kind of like as fast as my body does. I constantly dream - I dream a lot.😁

Curtis is an exemplary employee, and you guys should give him a raise or a promotion!

I usually have horrible experiences when I go into Home Depot based upon the fact that everything in Hutchison Kansas socks including the customer service however on this occasion Jody the cashier made everything enjoyable and you can clearly tell that she will probably not be in Hutchinson long because some real location will pick her up and probably make her the manager of the store

From the gentleman that went above and beyond to help us find a specific product in flooring, to our checkout experience with Bailey at the service desk, we had an amazing shopping trip that restored our trust in shopping at a brick and mortar store. Bailey was amazing and when we realized we couldn't do a price match, she still face us an equivalent discount! Thank you Hutchinson Home Depot!!!

Walked into Home Depot Hutchinson and it was an awesome experience. We have gotten used to searching for someone for assistance and when you do, there's a blank stare. Went in to make a purchase and are very pleased with the service. Walked into the windows/door area and were greeted by a woman who asked if she could help us. Very refreshing! Not something you experience much these days. If you want the service that used to be the norm, make a trip to this location and you'll be pleasantly surprised. They actually make you feel as if they appreciate their customers. Thanks!

Red is amazing at the Pro Desk. Super helpful

Product wasn't ringing up in the system correctly, manager came and figured out a way we left with the product needed with a reasonable price with system wasn't cooperating. Also, bonus had info on the Halloween sales this year.

We bought a fridge from this store and the whole experience was amazing and the employees are so friendly! Will be shopping here again!

The young man at paint department is so helpful with explaining the different types of paint and which is best for what one is doing.

Wow, is all I have to say. Was there Three times in two days and all three times. I did not even get a hello from the cashier, nor a thank you. They should thank each and every customer because they’re the reason they have a job. Come on Home Depot you can do better than that

Seen something I can't explain

I have always found the staff to be Friedly and helpful. If they do not know the answer to my question they find someone who can answer it instead of making something up just to make the sale. I have never had a problem finding someone to help me lift the heavier items into my cart or get them into my truck.

Each HD is roughly the same but this staff was exceptional in service.

I shopped at the Home Depot on the first of January. Even though it was a holiday where most stores were closed Home Depot was open. The employees were accommodating and friendly even though it was a holiday. The web site helped us know exactly where the items we we’re shopping for was located.
