Entered store about 8:20 PM, noticed no flatbeds available. Also noticed overnight staff using them for their work. Needed 3 XL shelve units, asked for assistance in customer service. Was told there was nothing they could do, asked for a manger and was told (and I quote) “what is a manager gonna do?” Finally after wandering around for 10 minutes Alex in tool department helped me out. I asked him to get me a manager, but after 10 minutes I gave up. I paid for the shelves and walked out of that hell whole. It seems like your employees are miserable and hate their jobs. Definitely won’t be going there again!

The Hyde Park store is my “go to” location for many years, and I have always had a great experience each time! All employees are always knowledgeable about products as well as knowing where EVERYTHING is located! The shelves are always stocked and the store is always neat and well kept! Keep it up guys! 👍🏾

Sale Cashier Krystyle brought her "A" game! She was super cordial, promoted Home Depot customer service shamelessly! I'm smiling as I recall her promoting/advertising game! She did all this while ensuring that my self-checkout process was seamless. Such a refreshing satisfying breathe of customer service. Kudos to Ms. Krystyle!

Bravo to Stephanie, who assisted me with a difficult store credit, that another store screwed up very badly. She went beyond the call of duty to figure it all out without losing her cool. Stephanie, deserves recognition for exemplifying the real meaning of "Customer Service" from her store. Keep thriving Stephanie, your going places.

I walked into tool rental today and it was spotless and the guy behind the counter was very helpful I walked needling a concrete saw but unfortunately they where all rented out. Edward took the time to look around the area to see what Home Depot had the saw for rent and also took the time to call and verify that the machine was there and working. Thank you Edward for your help!

Dirty store bad customer service

I go through a lot of gloves for work and they always have the kind u like

There were no employees available to help. I asked for help but no assisted me. Very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude employees

No associate wanted to help me, it took 20 minutes before some one helped my mother with getting paint. It was a lot of socializing amongst the associates. I had to carry heavy rocks to my car because no one wanted to help.

This store is on top of things!!! Fully staffed! Easy to locate items! Keep up the good work :)

The store is orderly and clean. Furthermore, my journey through the store is usually simple and easy. If I cannot find what I am looking for then a store employee points me in the right direction. I appreciate how the employees treat me with courtesy and make my day with great quality service.

When the store first opened I don’t remember but it was perhaps 15 years ago I really don’t know it was absolutely the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been in. But for the last 10 years at least someone has figured it out and it’s actually the best store because it’s not crouded and it’s a beautiful store. Everyone stops what they’re doing and talks to you even the customers or helpful. This Home Depot actually feels like the community store you see a lot of neighbors in there. I really like this Home Depot and it’s only 1 mile from my house maybe a mile and a half but it’s absolutely the closest store. I sense that the associates are proud of their Home Depot. I wasn’t able to get the help that I requested but I think I was parked in the wrong area I realize that now so I can hold Home Depot responsible for that. I would hear mostly for soil which was there a fire extinguisher what’s there were plenty the ABC type at a good price. I wish sulfuric acid drain cleaner, which I don’t think you carry it anymore at that store, had been available. Now I have to go to the hardware store buy it. But you should see for yourself. A customer help me load the bags of soil into the trunk of my car I gave them five dollars I was willing to give anyone five dollars to load that soil anyway I found a new handyman I hope he’s good he certainly is efficient and thoughtful his name is Anthony.

Great store. I have been going to this Home Depot for many years. At one time, I said that I would change to the Lacieninga Store. But I had to get something. So I went to the Hyde Park Home Depot. I use shock at the difference. (For the better). I've been going there ever since. If I needed help finding an item. I had no problem asking an employee.

I was falsely accused of not ringing up my items. When Ashley the cashier realized she was wrong she didn’t apologize. She tried to be right again and said the totals were different. It’s the tax that you didn’t let me get to when you voided my transaction. Stupid, Nasty lady. I’d stay away from here if she still works there. Ashley
