Fantastic employees and great customer service. We go to our neighborhood Home Depot quite often and the employees in the great customer service is one of the reasons we choose to shop at Home Depot, our neighborhood Home Depot. They always have just what we need.

Tried to buy a shop vac. Had to return it no parts in the box. Waited over thirty minutes to return.

The staff at this Independence Home Depot is the very best of any home improvement store I’ve ever shopped. They are always eager to help and are very knowledgeable. There is a fantastic cashier that has worked there for 22 years and is AWESOME!

Very impressed with attentiveness of employees and organization of the store. Garden area is very well maintained and plants are much healthier than many other stores.

Our cashier was very helpful. We were able to acquire a second battery.

Guy named Aaron was very friendly took his time with me to make sure that I get the correct concrete drill bit well I thought was 9/16 was the knuckle drive not the size of the concrete drill bit he corrected me with kindness and put me on the way to success

When I use a different location of your branch they are usually slower and not a polite

They had everything that I needed and they were easy to find.

Item rings wrong price cashier doesn’t want to correct it as usual, walk back take a picture still doesn’t want to. Item in right place, right sign, what a waste of my time. If Home Depot wants to raise a price then take the time to change the sign. Stop wasting peoples time and being rude at checkout because your people can’t get off their butts.

Always a great shopping experience at this store. I WILL NOT go to the competitors!

Gotta say I had a great experience with Carl. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous and real. I bought a stove and he was so thorough and helpful. One of the better sales staff.

Went to rent a machine this morning and wasted almost 2 hours trying to get it started and checked out. I had to ask if they had jumper cables and or a portable and then he went back and got it. Acted like it was a big inconvenience. Then after being behind almost 2 hours I go to use the machine with 0 instructions or anything about the machine but had to get gas first because they did not know how much was in there. Then went to drop it off and they guy rang it up wrong so had to have Kendra who is the MOD who was rude and had a condescending attitude. Then they charged me an extra hour for coming in about 30mins after the 4 hour mark due to them making me all behind to begin with. Also could not back in because the employees parked their cars in the way so had to go around which made it even worse. I spent a quarter of a million dollars last year and on track to double that this year at Home Depot and I will never rent from this Home Depot again and will make sure my guys do not either. Customer service does not mean the customer is always right but atleast put in a little effort!!! Went back a second time to rent another machine to give it a second chance and this time it was even worse. Erick the pro desk manager lied straight to my face saying I was there when he got there at 7am. I was 100% not there and then later said he did not lie and realized he was wrong. I will never rent from there again and will tell my 30+ crews that work for me to never use this store again. Un real!! Need to get Belton to come train you guys!!

I was very thankful for Carl at this Home Depot location who helped me pick out a range for my home. He was knowledgeable and kind.

Independence Home Depot sucks! When you go in the store they have no employees no product long lines no thank you‘s and a lot of we don’t cares… I’m shocked at how this store differs from any other Home Depot in the area. Every time I go in there I have to convince myself never to go back and then I forget

Polite and helpful staff. 100%. Knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond! They have come thru for wood, building materials, appliances and carpet for us this year when everyone else failed us, prices are competitive and I will no longer go anywhere else.
