EMPLOYEE SARA LEE WOULD'T LET US PAY FOR OUR ADDITIONAL ITEMS ON THE APPLIANCE SECTION WHEN WE WERE PAYING FOR OUR OVER THE RANGE MICROWAVE.SHE SAID WE HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT TO PAY FOR IT. THEN WE GOT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ( HE WAS NICE ) TO HELP US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRANSACTION AND HE RUNG US UP FOR THE REST OF THE ITEMS ! BIT SHE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT.

I just bought a new Samsung range and microwave. The service was excellent and the products were exactly what I was looking for. The sales people are always helpful in the City of Industry store.

I bought this product last week and it requires the city permit process so I was in In cold with the city ornance

They will learn swear words

The associates at this location in general seem more jaded and unwilling to help out. On multiple occasions when I've stopped by the store, associates either were not willing to help or took a very long time to do so. That in conjunction with the terrible traffic at this location makes this the least likely location I will be going to.

I have been a customer for so long and every time i go to shop for the items I need, I always get a great experience with the answers they gave me and at the time of checking out.

One employee was very rude to customers

In the middle of a remodel and all the employees now know me due to the amount of trips I’ve made there in the past month or so. They actually care about helping and making sure I have exactly what I need to do things the right way

I wasn’t expecting any assistance nor was expecting to be approached by anyone. Leobardo approached me and was friendly to ask if I needed any help. I told him I needed a lot of things, and he was so nice to help me to find each item. After he found out I’m renovating one of my property, he explained to me about the PRO account. Thanks to him, I have saved a lot of time and money. Great job Leobardo!! thank you and keep up your great work!!

Gordon, Ralph, and the whole Pro desk team always provide excellent customer service. They always go above and beyond for us (Mercury Plastics Inc).

Without exaggeration, extremely rude service from Kayla. Give her a position that will keep her away from customers. On the other hand George helped me out as if he appreciated my business. Total professionalism.

Happy to go again. Always can find products I need. The more you go , the more you find. Improve house

Amazing customer service and clean.

Their website is very convenient to see if they carry your item, and even give you the isle where the item is in the actual store. Mine was isle 44, and I couldn't find it on my own. Turns out, it was at the very back with very poor lighting, and a small sign.

Andy helped me find the right fridge. He was super helpful and made me feel like a priority.

Unhelpful, Un-interested people. This by far is a low priority location for myself , due to the lack of knowledge, un-friendly people that’s found within this location

Many of the staff in the store are highly qualified and helpful.

Great job, props to the cashiers and all there help in finding products in the store.

Terrible. Usually workers at self checkout can take security tags off but instead was sent to regular register where the cashier tore up my receipt! I need that for business! Worker would not print another receipt and no other workers could help. Why would you train your workers like that???

If you're having trouble locating anything or need a recommendation on what to use for your project, ask for Coach. He has a plethora of knowledge and will be more than happy to assist. Everytime I walk into this store I ask where I can find him and he knows exactly where to find what I need or gives me an Idea of options.

The associates very helpful and accommodating. Gordon was very knowledgeable in helping us to get what we needed. He also offered suggestions to help us through our shopping and gave us different options on products. Checkout was fast and hassle free. Overall very happy with service and friendliness of employees esp Gordon. Keep up the good work
