This store is clean and well organized. Things are easy to find without having to find someone to provide assistance.

These days it's so nice to have employees treat me with respect and being willing to help me. Makes me feel good with a smile on my face when I leave.

Normally it's not that easy to find people to help you in the store, but this time is very different. Bob helped me from locating the item, getting a different cart, load them to cart, finding some packing material because I was buying three 3'x5' mirrors. He even helped me load them into my truck and secured the packing materials in between the mirrors. He absolutely made my day.

I always find helpful associates. Everyone is so kind.

There are never lumber carts available at this Home Depot. Not even out in the parking lot. You have to get lucky and be there when the cart guy is bringing one of the lumber carts into the door otherwise you have to go to a different type of cart.

These days it's difficult for any business to balance customer service with every other pressure being put on them. But Home Depot seems to have figured out how to keep their customers coming back; it's topnotch customer service. Every time I shop here it doesn't take long for an employee to ask if they can be of assistance, EVERY TIME, mind you. And they sincerely want to help. Furthermore, if they can't answer your question, they'll make certain they find an associate that can. With the price of everything going up, what separates a business from its competitors is customer service or customer care; call it what you will. Home Depot and this store in particular has nailed it.

I usually find the staff to be helpful for finding items.

After I paid my items, Reyna (from customer service support) offered me to load garden items into my car. She was very friendly and helpful.

I am so impressed with Home Depot lately. I have noticed that this Home Depot store hires from diverse population, and have also noticed that all employees are attempting to go above and beyond in helping customers. I am a DIY woman, and I used to get patronizing service. Not anymore.

This was my second time at this Home Depot location. Both times I had wonderful customer service – struggling to find my items, I had multiple employees guide me to them. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. If someone does not have an answer, then they find a person who does. I can usually find a person with a vast knowledge in each department. I has helped to get advice on completing a project.

I made 4 trips to this store. Each time Gena Stillday waited on me. Gena was absolutely wonderful helping me pick out pleated blinds and vertical blinds. Very patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all the time she spent with me until we came up with the most beautiful outcome. I cant wait until the blinds are installed. Gena is a wonderful employee. I also, had a very good experience and help from Sylvania with the delivery and installation. Thanks to both.

I've purchased a new home recently so I've buying and ordering all kinds of new interior lights, yard equipment, and more. Pickup service is easy and no hassles ever. When I've had to make a return there's been issues but not with the store employees (Phoebe rocks)! Phoebe has came to my rescue when a vendor preferred a home shipment return on a lawnmower, helped me return water collection barrels with no boxes because they were delivered in a down pour (new gutters mean reluctance to cut them up), and just observing her train other staff on occasion. This is my go to store and Joe in Plumbing/Electrical is another shining example of Mr. Helpful at your service.

If you want great customer service and a great selection of products, Home Depot in West St Paul is the first, and usually only, place to shop.

Terrible customer service. I either get ignored or, as in today, literally laughed at. They never have what I need in stock, if they do, it’s in a mis-labeled section.

Great locations. Friendly staff. Tons of items to pick and choose. The line was fast and didn't have to wait too long in line.

I walked into this store like a Deer in the headlights about to take on a plumbing job, mind you I have zero experience doing ANY kind of plumbing. I went to the plumbing isle where I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I told him the situation, explained I have no idea what I’m doing and so on. Wally, the associate in plumbing literally walked me through the process. He took his time and didn’t rush me out. He made sure I had everything I needed to save me trips back and forth, and even drew me a detailed diagram of the “fix”. He was spot on with parts, steps I needed to take , and his diagram. I was able to painlessly fix the issue, saving me the cost to hire a plumber. I’m extremely grateful! Other associates where very friendly as well. Overall, A++ experience
