Cashier Anthonia was as nice as I remember any big box cashier being, at any cashier at any store.

The employees we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful and patient with us.

Adair was really helpful and found us the perfect new washer and dryer. Will update this review when we receive them. Customer service was excellent!

I can’t recommend Home Depot highly enough for your appliance needs. We recently purchased a washer and dryer, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Our salesperson, Adain, went above and beyond, demonstrating in-depth knowledge about the products and ensuring we found the perfect match for our home and needs. She took the time to answer our questions, provide suggestions, and ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We will certainly return for future appliance needs.

You never know when you enter a big box store how it's going to go. We went in to look at/Buy new appliances for our new home. Not only did we find what we wanted but the salesperson in the appliance department (Adair) was helpful, professional, and provided us with insight into each item we were interested in and so we know that our purchase is right for us.

Kelley at the pro desk is awesome! But the management doesn't seem to care enough about the pro to put enough qualified help there. Or keep an eye on the loading area

Adair helped me chose three appliances. With each appliance she made certain I got the best features for my needs AND at the best price. Adair made it such a positive experience I will definitely go back.

Being retired and not using The Home Depot for business purposes I have found all employees that I have spoken to are knowledgeable in Layman’s terms and extremely courteous.

Dreaded shopping fir kitchen package because I don’t like all in one brand. Adair in appliances took the reins, made sure I was happy with everything and I was out of there in no time. She’s a genius! With an infectious smile!

Kaitlyn’s first day of her new job, was excellent! Pleasant, efficient, quick to figure out solutions, that had us checked out smoothly and fast.

I came in for just charcoal and because of the service did a cabinet consultation and left with other items for my home that I didn’t necessarily need

I went into the outdoor area to find deer repellent plants and Jada came up and greeted me and asked how she could help. She lead me to the deer repellent which I needed to keep them from eating my flowers. She also looked up on her phone which plants are repellent to deer and she helped me pick the best plants. She went above and beyond to assist me and was very friendly and helpful!

I have never had a bad experience with Home Depot. Everyone is always so polite and helpful. I had a wonderful experience with an associate in Appliances - Her name is Adair and she is great!

we needed a new washer and dryer so we went to Home Depot where i had a good experience when I purchased a washer dryer for my daughter and son in law's new house. I had the same salesperson and the sane positive experience.

David in plumbing is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I have several unused store credits at Home Depot. I was not sure how to apply them to my purchases at the self check out aisle. A lady named Toni helped me and basically did it for me. She was so kind and nice. And I hope to see her again at the Inverness store! It made my shopping day a breeze!

I went in just looking for a new freezer and walked out purchasing a new freezer. The sales person Adair was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the entire purchase effortless. Highly recommend anyone looking for new appliances to go see her.

This area of Birmingham has lots of old folks unable to repair/install "stuff". Seems to me this area would be extremely beneficial to HD if you expanded the offering to include minor carpentry, plumbing etc services we cannot get thru a company. Example. My garage door opener just broke. And I cannot find anyone to fix it. An electrical contractor would laugh at me for even suggesting it. I guess I am suggesting Home Depot set up a "REPUTABLE and ACCOUNTABLE Angies' List in store"

During this visit, I rented a tool and purchased several things for an outdoor project, including a pallet of landscaping stones. When it was time to get them to my truck, I was told that I would have to load them one by one myself because they had no associates to help me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I've had some experience with stores that don't care about the customers. This store and employees went out of their way with helping, smiling faces, and so much friendliest. Made my day. I left with a huge smile on my face. Thanks Toni.

Have nothing but good things to say about this location. Associates are easy to find and are knowledgable and very helpful. Items are located where they should be in my mind. I live closer to one of their competitors, but I travel a bit farther to use Home Depot. If I am out of town, i ALWAYS choose to shop at Home Depot..

We returned home from a vacation in South Dakota only to find our refrigerator had gone out. Anna trying situation, we were in a hurry to find a refrigerator and a good one. We went to three different places, and nothing was quite right. But we went to the Home Depot on Highway 280 in Birmingham, and had a wonderful experience. We found the right refrigerator, and even more, The Best sales staff. Specifically Adair! Stacey was also extremely helpful when we came back the second day to get the deep freezer. They treated us like family. I cannot imagine a better buying experience. With their warranty, we felt confident that they would stand behind the products that we have purchased. We look forward to getting them in the next week. We will definitely purchase from Home Depot again.

After many years of DIY I have found a home improvement store where employees really help!

Needed to purchase a new washer and had to accomplish it on my lunch break - Adair immediately greeted me and helped me to make a selection and schedule delivery. The whole transaction took only 15 minutes. New washer was delivered today as promised, in perfect condition.
