Today I bought some item that were at the damage area and the cashier stared saying that it was garbage what I was buying those are the words she used and continue to repeated several times out loud and other customers were looking and also surprised by her behavior. I try to explain but she will mot listening like bother Nshe make me feel like my money was not good. I contact a store manager to address this behavior , not sure if something will be fine. But fir sure I am not returning to this store. I was so angry I went to costumer service and returned what I bought.

The employee that helped with a kitchen lighting fixture was very, very helpful and did not try to sell me the more expensive item.

I looked online to see if they had what I needed and what aisle it was at. I went to the store found it and something else I needed and was in and out in 15 minutes.

The store clerk went the extra mile to help me find the faucet I was looking for. Very patient, very helpful, very refreshing!

I am not a handyman, but when I have an issue to resolve: I You Tube how to fix, then I go to this location and their employee always find the way to help me find what I need and advice me on the situation. I can always count on them. Thanks!

Staff always ask if there is anything they can help me with. If I do they go beyond to help me locate it.

In spite of it being a busy Saturday, I was directed to what I wanted and the long cash out lines were fast.

I bought a new staple gun Triggerfire, although I got home and realized that the employee told me the staples were universal and they were not. I had to exchange them the next day. However, she was very helpful. I also bought screen for my porch and a different employee engaged me in conversation and helped me pick the proper size to keep the bugs out.

From the young man who helped me lug all my cans of old paint into the store to be shaken, to the paint counter staff, to checkout, everyone was super friendly and professional. I recently moved to a neighborhood with a different Home Depot, and I return to my old store because of its staff.

Staff are almost always available to answer questions. Only downfall, coroners bring their dogs and don’t realize other customers are allergic to pets and sometimes have to wait to go down an aisle until that customer and dog leave the aisle.

Display placed in front of the paint department cause's nightmare!!! There are enter and exit signs place on paint department windows. Noone sees them..narrow little walk space. That display needs to go ASAP.

I bought over 1,000 sq ft of commercial grade carpeting for my basement apartment. The best part of my experinece was the patience and guidance from the expert sales associate helping me choose through the many selections. I'll be back!

There was some exceptionally helpful employees here. But they were pushing me into doing the survey so I don't know how sincere they were. Just like any other Home Depot though u can Never find help. You have walk the whole store to get assistance.

For weeks this home Depot has been reduced down to one or two available cashiers always swamped with enormous lines. If you can avoid the store I would until they've got better staffing.

I had plumbing issues and multiple parts of my home and Ryan from plumbing was so patient so helpful making sure I got the correct parts I needed. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend anyone to go to this location because you will get great service. Wish there were more Ryan’s in the world. At least we have a wonderful employee that’s willing to go above and beyond to help the consumers.

Living Room Carpet, Leaf Blower, last month 1/4 inch wood for kitchen flooring

I picked up a toilet flapper and handle from Home Depot and was able to fix my toilet myself' I have saved hundreds of dollars, fixing my toilets, purchasing merchadise to care for my lawn, hoses and grass seed and flowers at such a reasonable price. The return process is smooth and friendly..

Someone needs to do something about the poor customer service at this store. Every time I go to return an item, I am met with a bad attitude.

I needed a step ladder and two of the employees were very friendly and kind and took the time to make sure I found what I needed and the cashier Joseph was amazing, together the three make you want to come back. Thank you.

If you're shopping at the store and you're looking for someone to provide great customer service for you ask for Ryan. He was awesome he went above and beyond for the customers of home Depot.

The store was terribly messy with many aisles blocked making them unsafe to go down and limiting access to products. Not a single associate interacted with us, offered any help, or even smiled or said thank you. A very depressing "shopping" experience.
