Great products in awsome price !

Horrible horrible management but great front end associates

Store was filthy, cluttered isles, many isles not accessible due to store ladders and equipment, too many isles empty of merchandise. Felt like a third world country experience. This store was nice once upon a time!

At checkout we were treated well and was very appreciative for the veteran discount at checkout. And more so for the help on loading. Thank you, Home Depot, for honoring veterans in this manner!

Bought KOHLER Cimarron Rev 360 2-piece, when the box was opened it broken in pieces. Returned it and got another box, same thing it was broken again. Finally the 3rd one was good. Very frustrating and time consuming. Wasted an hour or 2 driving back to the store for replacement.....

Jesus and Big G came to my rescue and helped me learn how to repair a gas grill. This type of customer service is rare, and I cannot overstate their kindness and care for a stressed out and clueless old woman. They are stellar!!!!!

I used to love to go to Home Depot off of Irving Blvd. I would find things I needed and even have help from the employees on suggestions. I went to buy a refrigerator and I had to ask four associates to help me finally someone helped me and she asked me for the skew number. I told her I didn't have it and she said you have a phone right look it up. I pulled my phone out and I could not get internet in the back of the store. I asked her if she could look it it and she said the computer didn't work. She then said find me when you have the skew number and walked off. Then she walked over to a couple of other associates and started laughing at me. I then went to the front to check out and I had stand in a eleven person line and self check. I asked if there were checkers and she said NO. I heard the associate tell the front end manager I was not happy about self check he said I could get my panties out of my a__ and deal with it.

I love going to my local Home Depot. They provide so many of my home owner needs as well as staff members all over the store who are always friendly and help with directions, ideas and personal knowledge about H.D.'s products and resources. It's kind of my "hang out place" where I check out the latest seasonal home goods!

In December when I shopped at Home Depot, Tanisha and Jennifer helped me solve a big problem. I had ordered 30 bags of mulch and it was delivered to the front of the pool area on a pallet, not even close to my apartment. I went to Home Depot service department and spoke with Tanisia and Jennifer. They did everything they could to help me resolve this problem. finally they got a stocker to assist me by coming over to my house and loading the mulch onto a truck and then unloading it at my apartment. I can't remember the young man's name but he worked in the stocking department. All three work extremely helpful and I really appreciate it. Thanks a mil.

The store is well organized, clean and great customer service. Very satisfied customer!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but I had THE BEST experience at Home Depot today! I was helped by Noe and he was absolutely perfect from start to finish! He asked if I would like to apply for the Home Depot credit card and save money! I took the time (it was very quick) and I was approved and saved on my purchase! He was so friendly and inviting, I was blown away by his customer service skills! Will look for him next time I go to the store!

THIS STORE NEEDS IMPROVING IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, GETTING HELP FROM THE EMPLOYEES IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE AND WHEN HELP DOES ARRIVE, YOU ARE TREATED AS IF YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM OR NOT SMART IN THE QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE. ALSO THEY NEVER SEEM TO HAVE THEIR TOOLS OR MACHINES WORKING eg. THE CUTTING SAW FOR WOOD IS NEVER WORKING OR THERE IS NEVER ANYBODY TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT!

Right place good prices some good employees that know their jobs.

The store was very clean and the store was well stocked.

This Home Depot has the most crowded isles and always seems dirty. Much more so than other Home Depots in the area. They do have a MUST WEAR MASK sign at the entry, but I see some people slip theirs below their nose and mouth and no one stops them. It's hard to find an employee to get help or ask questions about products to. It seems there is always a line at the return area and believe par of this is because of the lack of help in getting the right parts on the earlier visit. I usually go to other hardware stores, unless it's something I need in a hurry. I also don't like all the announcements in Spanish. I don't know what they are saying.

Store #0563 always has competitive prices, good amount of inventory to choose from and generally has quick check out time.

People please stay away from here

Terrible customer service. Im a contractor and will purchase over $50K in materials this year FROM HOME DEPOT. Mostly from this store! I recently waited for for over 15 minutes in pro check out line on 2 separate occasions. I've just been on the phone for 1.25 hours, 50 of those minutes were on hold 4 different times. If you are going to call to place an order you better take your blood pressure pills and be ready to wait.

I USED TO ALWAYS SHOP AT LOWES BECAUSE THE TIMES I TRIED TO SHOP AT HOME DEPOT I EITHER COULDN'T GET HELP OR THE HELP I WAS GIVEN WAS BAD. WHEN LOWES IN IRVING CLOSED I WAS UPSET. I WOULD ACTUALLY DRIVE TO LOWES IN ARLINGTON BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO HOME DEPOT. ONE WEEKEND I NEEDED SOMETHING AND I WAS TIRED AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE DRIVIONG TO ARLINGTON SO I WENT TO HOME DEPOT. SINCE I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE ANYTHING WAS I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HATED HAVING TO COME IN THERE. HE SAID GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND. HE WALKED ME TO WHAT I NEEDED AND HELPED ME CHOOSE. EVER SINCE THEN I ALWAYS ASK FOR HIM. HE ALWAYS HELPS ME OR HE GETS SOMEONE TO HELP ME. PRUDY IS TRULY A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING. I WOULD LITERALLY GO TO WHATEVER STORE HE WORKED AT. HE IS AWESOME!!!!!!

Compared to other Home Depot’s this is my number one place where I always go shopping, knowing they’ll have everything i need, very professional people.

All employees seem happy to help. During this pandemic, they have taken great steps to sanitize carts (which are always available) and direct traffic through the store. They have erected Plexiglas barriers at the paint counters and the check out stands. Great job!

Irving HDepot store on Irving Blvd has great staff really came through for me mixing paint for a time sensitive job. Highly recommended
