My girl and I visited this store with limited time and a strict budget. We were immediately greeted by helpful employees Nathan and Regis who provided outstanding customer service. Because of their helpful nature, we were in and out quickly and UNDER budget! Our cashier saw us waiting in line and opened another register to help. We were floored. What a great experience!

This was the first time ever we were greeted by a sales person and asked if we needed assistance. Normally we have to hunt down a sales person then they give you a look like your bothering them and give you a quick answer as they walk away from you. Ed was in no way like that. He walked us to the saw then looked up the specific one by SKU we were looking for. Then took the time to explain the difference between the two saws. Continuing to show blades that can be purchased seperate. The whole time having a smile on his face and engaging in conversation about the saw and other projects that we were doing. After helping put the saw on the cart showed us exactly where the bolt for the door was we needed. He did excuse himself twice to help other customers then came back to finish helping us. Then again asking if there was anything further he could help us with. We said we need to pick paint. He told us where we could find paint. He wished us luck on our projects and let us know if we needed more help just to ask. If he wasn't so helpful we would have forgot the part for the door and wouldn't have purchased the additional blade. Ed is definitely an asset to your store. He even increased our purchases just by taking the time to show us things. When we come back we hope to come across Ed again knowing he is educated in product and actually willing to help. We hope this makes it to management as Ed from hardware needs to be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service and making a difference in your store. Thank you again Ed. B & K

My fiancée and I went and bought separate things and checked out separately on the same day around the same time as she was paying for some and I was paying for the other. Her cashier charged her twice for a toddler wading pool. - my cashier rung up 50’ of irrigation that I did not buy and do not have. The boxes of EMT fittings were jumbled as well. They were clean out of stock of 1/2” galv conduit. When asked about the conduit the employee in the electrical isle was extremely rude and acted like I wrecked his day. The other Home Depot’s in the area are much better.

Needed cheap plastic flower pots and found them at Home Depot today along with some nice flowers that were on sale

If you go to this location, - please ask for Lance. I never had such a great experience as I did with him helping me with buying and needing items for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. He knew his job and inventory, and suggested things to keep costs down and also when to spend more - as in better quality, etc. I will only go there now if he is working and ask for him ONLY.

I had showed up at the store in response to the email I recieved saying my order was ready. When I got there, I checked in with the lovely lady at the counter. When she said they were bringing my order up, I went to bring my truck around. By the time I got back inside, my 8 foot, butcher block countertop was waiting there, unattanded. No problem. So I wheel it out to my truck and wait for a few minutes. and wait. and wait. So after waiting for 15 minutes or so, I just decided to try on my own because I was still on the clock for work. Thank God a random, nice gentleman saw me struggling and took the time to help me move the countertop, but get it adjusted so I could safely drive it home. Thank God I wasn't a little old lady because I would have been sitting there forever because no one ever came to help.

Did have an issue whereas the 1/8" x 2' x 4' temperd hardboard panels do not have bar codes on them, nor are they in the HD inventory system. There is a price sticker on the rack, but the cashier could not pull it up on her register. She charged me for 1 x 4x8 sheet (I purchased 2 2x4 panels). The price cost me $1 extra but I told the cashier I was OK with it (didn't want to go to the trouble of getting out of line). The cashier was noce, as are all the store employees - at this location.

Jensen Beach store is a great store

Ive been remodeling my home for close to 2 months already and I’ve had to visit this Home Depot location countless of times. I can honestly say that every time I walk into this store it is truly a pleasurable experience

I consistently find that this store gives great customer service. It was a pleasure to go there and I can always be assured that someone will help me find what it is. I’m looking for.

I AM HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH ALL THE PURCHASES I MADE AT THE HOME DEPOT DURING ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER, I BUY THINGS FOR MY WORK AND MY HOME.

I do not recommend the Jensen, Beach, Home, Depot, My husband & I wasted a full hour gathering up hundreds of dollars worth of product only to have to leave it all behind at check out all because the employee did not want to except my coupon that I received for being a Home Depot credit card member. Initially, the home depot credit card did not go through seamlessly due to requiring a phone authorization. The cashier apparently called the wrong department causing a delay at checkout. I later got home to call the credit card company to only find out that all Home Depot needed was an address verification. Now explain how I could be receiving coupons if my home address was not correct?!?! At the end of the day my frustration comes from the fact that HOME DEPOT could care less about satisfying their customers. After 30 years in retail management myself, I am finding that this industry is nothing like it used to be and has gone downhill actually! I understand more and more why consumers shop online. When you think about the thousands and thousands of dollars families, like myself spent in Home Depot a year and to not be able to use a $10 or $15 off coupon as though it was going to hurt Home Depot’s bottom dollar is beyond frustrating. Also one would think that Home Depot would have a member of management present at all times that are authorized to override & use their discretion according to the situation with the intentions of retaining customer satisfaction. I will be sure to let at least 10 of my friends and family members know of our ongoing bad experiences at this location in hopes that they too tell 10 more…….so on and so forth.

Everyone seems happy working at this home depot. The staff is consistent which shows the management treats the employees with respect. Customers are happy as well. I'm not a fan of the "look it up yourself" app so I appreciate the helpful happy staff.

Home Depot is like a Toys “R” Us for adults

Beverly is friendly and paid attention to every item that was counted accurately. I was sitting in front of her on a electric car and she really cares about doing her job right. I watched while I was waiting for my friend and it was a pleasure to see her taking care of customers.

Took 1hr 14 min to complete an online order (from a quote in my pro acct). I have had several issues with the Home Depot system, not allowing to utilize a coupon for a pro account that is issued. Or cashiers not knowing how to fully use the Home Depot system to honor the coupon. No manager coming forward to assist when I repeatedly asked for one.

I needed a new garbage disposal for my sink, I thought I wouldn't be able to find it because it was one of the original items in the house when we purchased it. my home was built in 1996 so I was very happy to see that this HOME DEPOT actually had the same identical item.

The cashier was very kind and attentive. The check out process was very fast and smooth.

Friendly people that go above the normal!
