As a retired home Depot associate of 21 yrs in Florida....it's nice to see that there are still a few associates that STILL CARE and offer CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was happy working at depot and I was mentioned by customers all the time. Herman and that sweet young lady in lumber were extremely helpful...and I didn't have to ask. Nice job everyone...keep it up...

Ava checked me out and helped me with a credit application that I had trouble with online due some issues on the Home Depot side. She was helpful, kind, personable, and capable. We need more Ava's in the world for sure.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a hand pump for my Primo water bottle. I encountered an associate by the name of Dalton and to say that he went above and beyond in order to help me would be an understatement! I wasn't really sure of the correct name of the item I needed but He never once acted like he was put out or did not have the time to help me. As a matter of fact, he stayed there until he did help me find the correct item! In a day and time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, dead if you will, it was so very refreshing to encounter Dalton! As I said earlier, he went above and beyond in order to help me. Dalton is a rare gem in a time where most folks would look the other way instead of giving help! Definitely an asset for Home Depot! Thank you Dalton!!

Great store always clean and they always get you help...great people

We bought a grill last night— the associates were extremely helpful in finding just what we were looking for and in loading it in our car for us

I drove 2 hours to get to this Home Depot. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of the 12-foot skeleton. Staff helped me from the time I entered the store to the time I left. I can never thank Kinley in returns and the loading assistant Jarred and another staff member that I can't remember his name enough they were so kind and helpful. I will be back because of the way they treated me. It was a great experience!!!!!!

I went in to find a few discounted pieces to do a small project. Once I got to the register, the cashier (Ava) was being extremely rude to the customer in front of us about his receipt. When it was my turn she argued with me about my items being discounted (they had the purple spray paint on them). Another employee tried to explain it to her but she was rude to them too.

Naomi was helpful and stayed with us until all questions were answered.

Much frustration not finding the part I was sent over to find. Three employees unable to assist me successfully....no part in stock. Sydney listened to my concerns and explained the part could be ordered for me. How easy was that? She helped me so much!

I shop a lot for my business. Richie Kort at the pro desk is knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Wish they were all like him!

I love the customer service I get when I come into the store… Indiana is a very good cashier!!! I WAS IN SELFCHECK OUT AND INDIANA HAD ALREADY SCANNED MY ITEMS BEFORE I OULD EVEN BLINK MY EYES… this young lady awesome… I love the fast service… GET EM IN AND OUT!!! No waiting waiting

I put the exact same items in an online shopping cart by using the barcodes of the physical items and they were cheaper online

From the janitors to the managers every employee I’ve run across at the Johnson City Home Depot has been incredibly willing to help me or find someone who can. Kudos to all of you. Thanks !!!

This store has the best selection of products available and the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service available!!! Keep on training the employees the way you are! They actually come to you and ask if you need help. You don't find that any more.

Unlike many stores these days, Johnson City Home Depot’s employees are upbeat and really ready to help. You hardly have to look for one because they initiate assisting with “How ‘r’ u doing today? Is there something I can help u with?” great job- team!

I recently moved from California where I lived at Home Depot. The customer service wasn’t even close to what I have experienced at this Home Depot. The employees welcome you, are kind, and knowledgeable. They even sing inspirational song in the morning to create the right mood of service for the customers. Best Home Depot! Thank you!

I recently moved to Johnson City. I am glad that there is a Home Depot in town. I am familiar with your stores and their layout. I am also familiar with your products. It has been helpful to fix up the place I am living. I recently retired and have enjoyed the shopping experience.
