I drive out of my way to go to the Home Depot in my town since I love on the other side of town. The employees are so helpful and you can always find someone to help you unlike the other improvement store. The store is clean and everyone is so friendly and at least say hello so you know you are welcome.

My husband and I made a large purchase at this store and everyone was so helpful. Shelby helped us tremendously along with a gentleman in the tool section, the young man that helped load up all the lumber and the cashier was super sweet. We will definitely be back!!!

If you have the opportunity ask for Jordan J. She is knowledgeable on the items at the store and has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks to her my family will continue to shop at this location.

Well stocked inventory, friendly knowledgeable associates, associate's that want to help. Of the home improvement stores this is our favorite even though it is an hour drive to get there.

This store is amazing , it is very clean and the covid precautions were taken very seriously an employee was at the entrance with anything you might need for precautions and everywhere in this store there were employees just asking to help you in anyway unlike the competer big box store the difference was night and day !

We waited 2-3 hours for paint to mixed, only to find that they did NOT have 2 five gallons of the paint I needed. I was frustrated and many others who needed paint mixed were frustrated too. Teaha was slow but I think she needed more help in the paint department.

Every time I've come to this location, the Associates are always very nice and there when you need them.

The employees are very educated on the products and layout of this store.

I always enjoy my shopping experiences at the Home Depot. I live about 30 miles from the Jonesboro, AR. store #1406, and I shop there as often as I can. The store is always clean and the associates are friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and I was able to find the dryer vent quickly and it was reasonably priced. The quality of the dryer vent could have been a little better because the aluminum was thin and flimsy.

Required help in self checkout the girl was very rude and left before finishing helping us. Her actions were very obvious she hated working and having to help us. It took us a little while to figure out how to finish checking out she intentionally left with us being in the screen she got into, just awful!

I have always had better service in all departments at the Jonesboro Home Depot than at the other big box stores.
