Not all Home Depots are alike but I'm very pleased with the service I always get at the Jupiter, FL Home Depot

I purchased (7) Kiddie Smoke Detectors. Asked one of the floor persons which isle they were located and they directed me to that isle. I picked up what I needed, proceeded to the self check (which is mainly what is used) and that is where Leslie the Home Depot employee proceeded to help me. Told her I was a vet and she entered my phone number and received 10 percent discount.....

I am your average home owner just trying to save money and fix stuff I can at home. Larry was so helpful and I was even able to return with pictures and he helped me further. He is so great! Thank you Larry

Last weekend I visited the Jupiter, Florida Home Depot store to buy paint and supplies. By Great Irish Luck, a wonderful lady named Susan O. was working and helped me select the right paint and painting process to tackle a three -car garage metal door. Susan O. is OUTSTANDING!! She is very professional, extremely pleasant, attentive to every detail and knowledgeable beyond description. Susan is a true asset to Home Depot and she reflects extremely well on the Home Depot brand. They always ask you if you need help finding and item or loading your car.

It is refreshing to go into a big box store and have all employees smile and say hello. When looking for help they do not pretend not to see you, rather they approach you. I find this happens every time I am at Home Depot. I shop their often and on line.

Rick and Cruz were super helpful and made our shopping experience much more convenient. both were super bubbly and helpful despite the busy holiday weekend. it's nice to see people who are not only good at their jobs, but enjoy them as well.

Although I was unhappy with my purchase because of missing parts, the employees were great

I needed a specific lawn care tool. When I walked into the correct department, I was cheerfully greeted by Ken C. and Marion, who listened to my request then directed to the exact device I was seeking...expertise requested, expertise delivered! These two associates were friendly, helpful and efficient...I was in and out and out in 10 minutes with the correct solution!

The store has very knowledgeable and friendly associates to help you with your home improvements, well done Home Depot!

too many question for a review

I am a Florida License General Contractor and have been using Home Depot as my supply store for over 20 years in Florida and all over the east coast. The best store for service and inventory has been the Jupiter, Fl. store. Thank you for letting me answer your survey.

Thomas and Akash are a dream. I had to return a toilet 3 times because I kept getting the wrong size completely my fault and they handled all 3 visits door to door. They made an awful experience so pleasant.

When is someone going to win in Florida?

The store and bathroom are nice and clean and organized.

mORE SIZE SELECTIONS OD ac fILTERS WOULD BE HELPFIL

I had a frustrating experience at the Jupiter Home Depot. It happened nearly one year ago, and I can say without equivocation, that I have shopped in that location 2-3 times per month on average since the day it opened (10+ years ??). I started buying Ryobi tools when they first came out - affordable necessities. Their quality has dramatically improved over the years. The jigsaw I bought yesterday was added to the stapler and the inflator I purchased in the past month. I now own 14 Ryobi tools and have not had a problem with any of them. I especially like the "bells and whistles" on the jigsaw and am confident they will come in handy.

I FOUND THAT IN EACH AISLE THERE WAS AN EMPLOYEE TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT AND GAVE THEIR HEARTFELT, EXPERT ADVICE WHICH WAS A HUGE HELP. THEY ALL WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY. GREAT STORE!

Was helped from the moment I entered the store all the way the thru the 20 items I purchased in addition to the staff helping me load 2 toilets onto a cart and in to my car .

The store should be more careful about the products being imported from China as the quality is often poor.

MY PURCHASE WAS VERY DETAIL INVOLVED AND "AKASH" DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN HELPING ME.

After wondering the store unable to find what I needed, an employee asked if I needed help. He was patient listening to my repair project and found supplies that allowed me to complete the job successfully. Many thanks to the "grandfathers" who have years of practical experience and have taken the time to learn the inventory at Home Depot. They are the reason I go back the Home Depot in Jupiter.

I am very happy shopping at Home Depot.

Received help finding the correct recessed light fixture and had a wonderful self-checkout experience with Michelle.
