I do wish they’d hire some responsible people to help with curbside .Most if the associates are professional and friendly

Home Depot is the best and I enjoy buying Milwaukee tools!

Scotts the fountainhead group does not answer their phone. Its a product HD sells. Whats the problem. How can they backup their merchandise if they dont answer the phone?

Well, I can honestly say that I really like going to this store. They typically have everything I need, and if not, they can either have it sent to the store and I'll get it later, or they'll tell me if there is another store close that has what I need. However, this time it was not the store's fault that what we were looking for was not in stock, it was my wife that waited until the last day to get Christmas lights/decorations. We walked into the store and the entire Christmas lights and other outdoor decorations were gone. That's OK, because I don't have to set them up and then take them down a few days later. I definitely recommend going to this store for other items and needs though. The associates are extremely nice, and professional. You can typically find someone rather easily if you need assistance. They will tell you where the items you are looking for are located, and if they are the expert working in that area, they are quite knowledgeable. The other good thing is, if they don't work in that department and don't know the answers you are looking for, they will find the person that does know the answers.

Employees were friendly and helpful. The automated cashiers that replaced every human cashier, not so much. Waiting for my check for having to do my own checkout.

the store was very clean and in order associate was very very helpful and their was always some one asking u if you need help the only thing i saw that need attention was their was not enough carts but other then that i love shopping at this location.

I HAD TO RETURN A ITEM AND THE CASHIER JAYDE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. JAYDA GOT ME IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 3 MINUTES. VERY PLEASED WITH JAYDA AND MY EXPERIENCE TODAY.

The outside lighting was very dim,need better lighting.

Went to buy compost, pansy flowers, a hose splitter, stepping stones, and fertlizer, found tomato fertilizer on sale at a great price.

I find this store neat & well organized.

This is "MY" Home Depot, and I don't mind sharing it with y'all ! The products I'm looking for are almost always stocked. The employees are knowledgeable and offer help when approached. Very cool that even the youngsters working here a courteous and friendly. I shop from one end of the store to the other a lot ,..... pretty clean place considering how many people come through. Thank you management for all the protective stuff keeping the covid at bay...... this down time has been pretty aggravating but y'all have stayed on top of the prevent- the -spread plan. thanks for coming to work every day , for all y'all do and for not closing the doors on this needy community.

CLEAN FRIENDLE WELL STOCKED STORE

Excellent service with a smile!

Product had been previously returned, resealed a d parts were missing. Have to make another 30 minutes drive each way to return it. Then find another at a different location. Waited 35 minutes for an employee toove a manlift that was in an isle with no work going on.

The dryer that was on sale was out of stock so he helped me find one that was in stock.

LOVE my local Home Depot Store on Veterans Highway in Kenner, LA!!!!

Poor return experience. Employees not trained in returns from other stores. Manager on Duty not trained either. Poor service and got the run around.
