Do NOT get an install from here! I ordered my flooring and was told that about 2 weeks after the order was placed my flooring would be installed. We waited 1 week for the flooring to arrive and called the installers and they have nobody to do an install in Key West. They finally said they want to schedule several installs at the same time and that they can get me in 4 WEEKS from now. The installers are coming from Miami and they dont have anyone locally to get the job done. If I had known this I would NEVER have ordered from here. So here I sit for another 4 weeks with no bathroom (after 6 weeks already getting everything cleaned up from a leak). And this is the 2nd time we had issues. The 1st was waiting for 3 weeks for the dishwasher and then the company coming from Miami and refusing to do the install so we had to do it ourselves. DO NOT GET AN INSTALL FROM HOME DEPOT FOR ANYTHING !!!!

If there is one place I feel comfortable shopping at during these trying pandemic time is my local Home Depot key west store. Their curbside pick up is efficient and safe. The in store direction and safety protocols are reassuring and make me feel confident. Can’t wait till community immunity is maximum so I can return to roaming the isles once again.

The employees at the Key West- Home Depot are great. They are courteous, friendly and helpful. The only thing this store lacks is maintaining inventory on several of their items.

Michelle, in the carpeting dept., is a wonderful sales associate! She's very knowledgeable and courteous. She was a tremendous help in choosing the product that we needed. Thanks, Michelle!

As a frequent customer of this store I can honestly say this is one of my favorite places to go when running errands. I can count on things being organized, staff being extra friendly and knowledgable, and on occasion, the store manager comes out and gives me a high five (when it's not a pandemic obviously). My favorite thing about this store is that I can bring my dog on a leash and no one freaks out. I love this place.

The cashier Nhady and the two gentleman, Marco amd Christopher, that helped load my dryer were the only two helpful employees. The sales associates who showed us the dryer told us that we would have to pick up and load the dryer ourselves. I asked if there was anyone to help and she said there was not.

Needed help ordering a new screen for our sliding patio door. Kathy helped us measured and determine the appropriate direction of the closure on the door. She was extremely patient and professional. She explained the amount of time the order would take and even with the holiday mails being very slow the door arrived very close to the expected delivery time. Employees helped to carry it to my car. I am very satisfied with the service.

The Home Depot team at this branch work hard to keep everything stocked and available. The associates are friendly and do their best to provide excellent customer service.

Store associates looked up tile on the computer after I told them there should be more tile in the store. They found the same quantity but was unable to find it and wasn't willing to go look for it. They told me to order online. With quantity still in the store it told me that it was available for pickup at the store. Fix the Inventory or find the tile.

This is not your typical friendly home depot, but it has many of the products you will need for your home and project needs that you cannot find close by Key West. Many associates are cold and unhappy, but some are great. Military discounts do not apply to all the products you would typically expect at other locations. The store is often disorganized due to having random product stacked and stowed on carts throughout isles and sections. There are often no flat carts around due to all being used to store products out in the open. Customer service is fast and very simple for returns and questions. Overall prices are very competitive. Good store overall, but not great.

I needed help finding a replacement battery for a drill today and an employee helped me find just the right one. Todd was very knowledgeable and helpful and I sincerely appreciated his direction. He took the time to answer all my questions. This Key West location has the best employees! I can see why they are always SO busy! It is nice to walk in and find what you need on the shelves. I enjoy shopping here and always find home repair needs or plants for the garden. Kudos to this location...keep up the great work. Todd gets 5 stars :)

This store is always clean and generally the employees are happy to help. When checking out in the garden department there is generally a wait for someone to help loading in the car. The cashier always calls, but sometimes has to call twice or more. There is always a good selection in all the departments, with plenty to chose from.

The store was clean, well organized, bathroom was spotless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was asked if I could be helped and the assistance was spot on. Checkout was quick and a great experience. It’s obvious the manager and staff are all passionate about their store and customers. Keep up the great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Bob, our sales agent in appliances was great, very personable. He made us laugh and we felt that we made a new friend. He did all that he could do to insure we were getting the best deal possible.

The associates at the store can help almost anyone no matter what language you speak. They are very friendly and helpful. I have dealt with the management here very very helpful. The pro desk very exceptional personnel. After going through Irma my 1st hurricane hopefully my last. The devastation that it left was terrible. But, Home Depot was there to help. They are even stronger today than they were during the hurricane. I would like to thank the staff and management for all their hard work.

The headache of shopping for an appliance disappears when you go to a store such as Home Depot, and are approached by a polite and knowledgeable employee like AXB5990.
