Valerie in customer service is so helpful! She was able to help me navigate the return of 4 items with a receipt and a 5th item that i didn't have a receipt for. Highly recommend this store - specifically working with Valerie.

I recently went to the Home Depot at this location to find a particular item. I was helped by an employee and he even walked around with me to help me find the item. I went to the cashier and she was very friendly. She even called the manager to help me with my question. Both the cashier and the manager helped answer my question and got what I needed for the price I wanted.

I had great assistance from Jim Mearns in plumbing what a nice man.

This is by far my favorite home depot location. I find that the employees consistently go above and beyond. They are very helpful and knowledgable and have made my home renovation experience just that much easier. Experts in some departments are very knowledgeable and helpful (like Joe, the master plumber for instance) and make it easier for folks trying to do it themselves to do it the right way (the first time). I've never had a bad experience here and honestly we have been there probably over 100 times in the last 90 days (yes that's more than one visit a day)

The King of Prussia Home Depot is great! The store is clean and bright and they have everything that you would need when you have a home project to complete! Their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have very good prices and you will always have a great customer service experience! They are terrific! :)

Jim in plumbing was exceptional in helping figure out the parts I needed to fix a leaking faucet.

Store in Malvern or Plymouth Meeting has more helpful associates

Home depo is my go- to store. Its right across the street from my home. I have to tell you I went shopping for some washing machine hose and other supplies on 8/12... and I came across one of their staff member Jim. He was very professional, informative Patient and EXTREMELY knowledgeable with ANY questions I've ask. He is a true example of what Customer service should be. You nail it Jim.

Had a sales rep named Essence help me select a blower. I had questions and she helped me select the best, based on my needs. We opened it up to set it up. She noticed a part was broken. She immediately replaced it with one that works perfectly.

The returns set up at this store is phenomenal. It is set up in the lobby/ doorway, just as you enter on the left side of the building. The associate who was working (close to the time the store was set to close) was so helpful and accommodating, his name was Dwayne or Wayne (I am so sorry for not being sure)! The store had a wide variety of items and was very clean. The check out process with self scanners was also great, since there were plenty of associates to actually do the scanning for you, if that is what you preferred.

If you have any questions just look for Jim the Plumber. His expertise lies well beyond plumbing and he will give you ideas that will cause you to take your project to a whole other level.

Haven’t had such amazing customer service since my other favorite store closed down (Toys R Us). The employees are approachable and friendly. They don’t mind being bothered to assist a customer. Cashiers are more than helpful even when lost UPC appeared. They searched and searched until they found the correct one. We will definitely be returning to this store more often.

The aisles were neat and clean Shelves were filled. My interaction with associate Steve in lumber was very pleasant
