Friendly environment, customer oriented.

Our experiences in this particular Home Depot are always so positive, particularly because the employees are always working on helping the customer to find things, to explain how to use things, and generally, kind and experienced. For special things like appliances, the employees seem to care what you need and to find alternatives if they aren't in stock.

AMY, my store associate and her demeanor made for a pleasant shopping experience .Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The selections were great, the employees exhibited wonderful customer service skills, and I had a wonderful experience. I will be returning.

The girl in selfcheckout was very kind and polite She has dark short hair around her neck dont remember her name but she helped me very well Thanks.

I work on the road about 330 days out of the year as a traveling lineman. Home depot is like my toy store. I'm there whenever I can. This store was great . from parking lot being greated with smile. .

I went to the store Kissimmee #265 an the Lady In the holiday section was super rude and unprofessional even with all the christmas item miss placed with wrong prices. I call the store later to talk to a manager and no one answer and every time that I ask for one never answer the phone.

I am a Pro Extra customer and this store has a guy by the name of "Tony" I believe, he is the phone sales person, He will never go out of his way to help customers even if the line is to the back of the store. I felt sorry for Monica so I called the store to get her help. Another cashier showed up to help and Tony still would not help at ALL!! "YOU CAN DO IT HE CANT HELP" Should be the Moto there.

the store was organized it was easy ro find the products. Very satisfy with the store over all.

When you come to this store ask for Amy. This woman will hunt whatever item you need down, until it is found. Her tenacity is like that of a middle aged cougar on spring break trying to get herself a young college cabana/pool boy. Amy will find it and get it!

I am a 72 year old female with a homebound husband so I am really concerned about the Covid virus. So I was pleased to see home much care was taken in my store to keep us safe and clean.
