Everything was arranged in order. I loved the garden shop and they had everything I need. The plants were being taken care of real good.

A VERY handsome salt and peppered hair guy helped my Granny and I. He was PLEASANT to look at since she dragged me out to remodel mirrors during the Coronavirus. And Karen was sweet at checkout as well. Lumber and paint guys were helpful too.

I always get a warm welcome. Employees are quick to offer help. I am in Real Estate, manage our rent homes, so I always need make ready supplies and always find everything at Home Depot. Prices are very competitive. Conveniently located less than 5 min. From my home and Real Estate office.

I am hoping this reply to your survey will concern many of you in management! On October 23, 2019 I shopped at this store #2389 located at 22310 Kuykendahl Rd., Spring, Texas 77389. I purchased one 6’ long foam insulation for a water pipe and one 250’ hex trim line for my trimmer, all of which could have been easily purchased at any other competitor store in the Spring / Tomball / Magnolia areas! I also needed lawn care items but they were not available as I was told, this store had no stock available of these items. WOW!!! The problem I encounter at this store was when I went to pay for these items. Upon arriving at the so-called cashier station, I was confronted with having to check myself out. After looking about the area I could see two employees to my left and two more employees to my right hovered over cell phones talking and giggling while pointing to their phones while completely ignoring me at the cashier station. I called out, CAN ANY OF YOU HELP ME WITH CHECKING OUT? I was told that it was for me to do but they could assist if I needed help! WOW! One of the employees told me that this is the way it’s done now and welcomed me to the future of checking out at The Home Depot! HOW SAD I WAS TO HEAR THAT! This experience has reinforced my belief in the decaying customer service that has been going on in our society by companies just like you for many years. The Home Depot is in that decaying world instead of standing out as being a company who can and does deliver great customer service. At the bottom of my sales receipt I read a question in large bold letters that read: DID WE NAIL IT? I am very sorry to tell you that not only did you not (NAIL IT) you never came close… Yes, I am old school and I also helped build this great country of ours just to see companies just like you tear it down and not show how much you appreciate customers shopping in your stores. My business will be with those companies who still believe in the values of delivering great customer service. Hiring employees who stand around gawking at electronic devices cannot be good for anything! GONE FOREVER
