The employee was very helpful and fast

Returned a few things the other day. Misplaced one of the receipts but know the cashier could look them up via my credit cars. She refused and proceeded to give us store credit. Store credit according to another casher/manager can only be used by the person that it was given to. Because it was issued to my wife I could not use it. We purchased a few things used the card along with over hafe of the bill being paid in cash. Had to return a could of items ($58). We paid over $70 plus the card of $42. I could not return the items because we used the store credit that was issued to my wife. Remember the cashier refused to look up items on my card. Sorry but I work retain, as a company you are suppose to help the customer. Home Depot has zero customer service.

This store is always wonderful to come shop at. All staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to assist you with any needs.

My wife and I moved from Claremont, CA to Lake Wales in August of 2020 to take care of my mom who was 94 at the time. It was during the height of the COVID fiasco. I grew up in this house and was surprised on the amount of repair that was needed. A lot still remains but we are making progress. Thank you Home Depot!
