This is my go-to store. Its convenient and the personnel are driendly and helpful.

Tall Zach in blinds was the most helpful person I've ever dealt with at one of these stores. He obviously acts like helping people get whatever project done correctly for themselves is his priority. Wish I had people like that at my company

Bad customer service

This is my go to store because this location has some great employees willing to assist as needed.

I'm very familiar with this store, the location is very close to my home and I get everything I need at one place

Usually has everything I need. Clean and organized. Some workers know locations of items right off the top of their head. Others are typically will ing to check their computer for stock. I have been doing major projects on our house in Lakewood, CO and have several projects to go. Home Depot is the store I rely on for what I need. Found 95 percent of the products I need. Got assistance when I needed it. Store was clean. Associates were almost all friendly and helpful.

My experience at this store has been very favorable. Carson, the Manager at this store is beyond helpful and courteous. His assistance and availability is always timely and efficient. The products are always available and if not, the employees are always willing to assist. I've been to other Home Depot locations, but this one is beyond any of them the best!

Excellent store. Always clean environment and helpful employees. Someone always able to help from major carpet purchase to small hardware I needed to fix something.

They generally have what you are looking for with the exception of specialty items like blades to convert weed eater into brush cutter, or HVAC roof jacks. Their rental dept has a good selection but pricing is high. Some items you could buy with three rentals. The rental prices used to be reasonable but not now.

Guys in plumbing dept very helpful

Too often the bins are disorganized and parts in the space do not match the discription

Cashier Nanette and two other associates Nicole A and Jasmine helped me out tremendously this afternoon with the purchase of my portable ac unit. I definitely recommend this Home Depot!!

Use online ordering regularly with good results until today. Today they get a 0. Inventory says 5 items in stock online but, they don't tell me for 5 hours it is wrong and they really have none and I should shop somewhere else! Not good.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They seem more interested in helping customers than some other Home Depots. I would definitely go back there for my hardware shopping. I was looking for Quick Dam - Flooding Barrier. Dante was unfamiliar with the product, but actually looked it up for me. Then he actually walked me over to the area where it was located. That saved me from wandering aisles. I got my product and was out of there in no time. Thanks Dante - keep up the good work.

Great Customer service from a tall lanky guy named Doug. He was friendly, knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time talking with me about the project I am ordering supplies for. I would drive to this store again, just for his help.

Never has items found online. Employees are not helpful.
