Employees were extremely helpful. Would recommend this store.

Wrong prices on wrong materials in wrong place. Bought 110 large landscaping blocks, had to move them by my self. Asked for help none came. One employee did stand there and watch me.

I ordered a zero turn lawn mower that was not in stock at the store. The young gentleman that took my order was so helpful and explained a few things that I would not have known about the mower unless I read the entire manual. The mower was shipped faster than quoted. Very pleased...

I was buying lumber which I do quiet a bit for the many projects that I create. Everytime I shop at this store the men are treated with more respect and customer service than the women. Just because I am a woman doesnt mean I dont know how to use a saw, drill, or any other power tools!

I have never had store employees go out of their way to make sure I saved the most money possible - the Appliance sales ladies let me know when the best sales would be and to make sure I inspect appliances within 48 hours and the cashier made sure I got all discounts on my purchase.

Store well supplied, was busy yet cashiers were at registers Check out was quick

The individual in the plumbing department knew nothing about the products that were IN his department

Wanted paint for my garage cement floor. Only had one gallon of any brand and none of others. I needed three gallons. Even the Behr brand. Other speciality paints such as stains are always lots of empty shelves. Didn’t have the shower spray head I wanted.

I bought 3 storm doors from Home Depot at my new home, and they also handled installing them through their contractors. I was very pleased with the doors and installation. I had storm doors installed at my previous residence too, so I have been a satisfied customer because I keep going back to Home Depot for my door needs. The storm doors are good quality and the installation went very smoothly.

We always enjoy shopping at Lapeer Home Depot. Its always bright clean, friendly employees. Just a great place to find our home improvement items.

I just recently purchased cedar fencing along with screws. Katrina at the Pro Desk was so awesome helping me choose the correct bit to fit the screws and throughout the whole checkout process. :)

The woman who sets appointments for Holland Heating & Cooling sent my husband into a panic attack and we had to leave the store without making the major purchase we were there to discuss. We told her 4 times in 4 different ways that we were not interested. My husband was in a motorized scooter due to a broken ankle. She stood in front of the cart and talked to him about doomsday and why we would need a $15,000 Generac generator from Holland when the mandatory blackouts start. I spoke with three managers and two other employees in an effort to get her away from us. I was clearly livid.

Installation company they use is sub par at best, cancelled install twice, both the morning of. Of course room was broken down and moved into other rooms by then and had to move and set up again since rescheduled for weeks in future and not too convinced they will be here then either...Nice product and fair price on material though, may want to look for installers on your own.

Wonderful customer service by Nita at check out and Jason as well! Both of the helped me understand the purchase I was making and assured me of how to fix it if I purchased the wrong thing.

I live 5 minutes from the store and visit frequently. I have purchased major appliances, rented a truck, and bought numerous handyman stuff. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to visit this store.

I went in for some decking screws. Took a 5pound bucket up to the cashier (Debera) and she advised me of a great sale. Saved me $50.00. She was friendly and very personable. Love the store.
