service was fast. Later in day store was not too busy. lots of help around.

I had a project that needed to be done in a week. Purchased flooring and a refrigerator on a Sunday to be delivered Wednesday. Left store and was contacted the next day that delivery would be Saturday. Called # on receipt and got the flooring changed to Thursday but the refrigerator would be delivered Saturday. Thursday delivery of flooring was dropped from the forklift and I had to load and return the damaged flooring. I waited all day Saturday for the refrigerator and it did not show and no call or email. I called after the delivery time frame had expired and was told they may running a little behind. Had to go to the store and cancel the refrigerator because I had to leave town the next day.

I bought a Samsung Washer/Dryer May 17,2023. Bill Braithwaite, Appliance Specialist, helped us. We looked at many models & Bill explained the differences between the makes & models. We were impressed with Bill’s knowledge of all the machines in the dept.He was very helpful to us making our decision to purchase the Samsung Washer& Dryer. He suggested we take a 5 year Warranty Plan, which we purchased.we are very satisfied with our purchase & we want to thank Bill for his knowledge in helping us make our purchase.Bill is an asset to Home Depot.

Older gentleman who works in the indoor garden center was so very helpful and went above and beyond to help us out.

The cashier Chania always is super, smiles, talks. Always fantastic. Keep her Give the better employees more in wages & benefits.

My second visit to The Ulmerton Road, Largo Store in a couple days. The customer service seems to be exceptionally good. Every associate, from the department specific, my cashier, to the random one passed while asking "where can I find...", seemed to be genuinely happy to help. This feels distinctly better than the usual shopping experience nowadays.

Ron was extremely helpful finding the screws that I needed. Linda was able to get my discount entered for me.

I needed a special design for a bathroom vanity and the customer service representative was very nice and helpful finding the one I needed

I like having staff in the isles that are willing to take the time to help you search for your needs

We bought a kitchen appliance package and we will let you know in a month how happy we are.

We had such an enjoyable shopping and checkout experience at this location. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Thanks Chania for putting a smile on our faces.

I bought paint and was completely satisfied.

This store has most everything I need in home maintenance and supply. If it doesn't have it then it most likely not available anywhere.

i just ordered Samsung electric range 6.3 cu, i’m still waiting my applicants delivery, so far so good. i will write another review when i receive it

Our check-out cashier Chania was extremely helpful in getting us checked out quickly when we had our hands full with bulky items.

Malia at the Largo store went above and beyond to help us with a warranty for a compressor. She handled everything quickly and professionally. I could not be happier with her and Stephanie.

I may live closer to another HD store, but because of the terrific personnel and service of the Largo unit, I do my shopping there!

Some male personnel are bad for your business that work in this store! They don’t want to help anyone make purchases or pick up add ones. They seem to have a chip on their shoulder that they have to work! I have never not once in 30- 40 years have I seen a manager there, guess they are not on the floor. Going to Lowe’s next time!

I used AND service through Home Depot for my new HVAC system. Horrible company. Stopped working after a week and they don’t wonna come out to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had Anazing customer service today on my trip. I came into the store and was instantly greeted by the ladies at the registers I was assisted by 2 gentleman Adam and Jinn bith were very friendly and helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for and both of them had an awesome sense of humor! Made my shopping experience here one of the most fun it has ever been. Both guys were able to help point me and show me to exactly what I needed! So thank you!

I have several projects running and visit this store daily. The Home depot most always has the solution for my needs!

Travis who works in lumber at the Largo, FL store, helped me twice in the same week by hunting for material on the upper shelves that was not on the normal shelves. Great attitude and work ethic. Travis is the best! Thanks!
