For the past trips, I’ve encountered hospitable associates such as one gentleman who assisted me in grabbing wooden beams. As for the most recent trip to Home Depot, I noticed an issue with my purchase and spoke to the assistant manager, Arthur, and he took care of me. Since the other manager was having difficulty with the issue, Arthur creatively addressed the issue and figured out a way to fix the problem. Overall, my experience at this Home Depot is by far the best and several of the other associates service is exceptional.

Service was excellent

I purchase a Ryobi electric mower that went out after 4 months so I went to see if I could exchange. Since it was outside of 90 days I was issued store credit which was fine. I was just use it to purchase the new one. So I thought. The price had increased $150. I didn’t want to pay extra especially being under warranty so I asked to speak with a manager. In came Diane. She did not speak or ask me what can she help me with. She just asked for the receipt and the card. She does a few things on the screen and says with the worse attitude that’s it it’s done??? I ask her what’s done? She then informs me she voided my store credit. I tell that’s not what I wanted and that I wanted to discuss the exchange. After not even attempting to consider the idea down I asked for the store credit back. I then ask her did she think it was a good idea to ask the customer “how May I help”. She just ignored me. I’m not sure if I’ll be shopping back at this Homedepot.

Had a slightly complicated issue and phone customer "service" was of no help. We went into the store with the issue and the associate (I believe her name was Noemi) was very sweet and helpful, but needed a manager to resolve the issue (she didn't have authorization to do what we needed), so she called Let, the manager, who was extremely kind and service-oriented. She got us fixed up promptly and was everything a manager should be. Grateful to both for resolving all of it to our satisfaction!

Roy, Evan and everyone else I interacted with in completing my big order was super helpful and went above and beyond. I will not shop anywhere else for my home improvement needs now that we are new home owners.

Sad experience yesterday morning at 8am, I think everyone had a Valium before starting there shift

I met a extra ordinary customer service name CHARLES today 5/16/2022 10am. I got my pattern online. I give him the measurements of the lumber I need. He got the lumber and cut it ,grab a nail and glue. He walked all my stuffs alll the way to the cashier. He offered a hand to load it in the car. This guy make my day easy and happy. I was looking for Plasti dip and Home depot was the only place that had it when i needed it at the best price as well. Staff was helpful and friendly as well.

I have been going to this HD since it opened. It has not always been good but I know how it is. But when I come there and see people like Melvin in the parking lot helping people it makes it worth it. I’ve also had great luck with Lydia at the pro desk. She has helped with several situations that I had but it was resolved.

Bought a Husky garage shelf unit. Can’t wait to get my garage cleared and organized! Thanks to Karen and Meghan at Home Depot for all of your help today!

This is the second trip this week to this store. I absolutely love coming here, whether it’s purchasing something for a project or just simply browsing. Someone always ask if everything is ok, or if you need anything, and sometimes they just like to have a little chat to get to know you.

I really love shopping at Home Depot. They always have what I'm looking for, and at an affordable price. The employees are always courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. I love how Home Depot hires great and compassionate people.

Always have their horse before the cart. I’ve never been disappointed with Home Depot. Great job to company and staff.

Gianna (Plumbing Associate) performed her job with excellence. Took extra time to help solve my plumbing problem.

When asking about the price of a door the associate stated he was just "babysitting". Someone else came over to help and asked my husband if he knew the price of the door. Hiw would my husband be expected to know??vHe doesn't work there. That associate went to ask a manager and never returned.

We have had 3 homes in the area in 17 years and Home Depot stores have always been helpful and well stocked. This store in League City has friendly employees as well as helpful loading and advice. The restrooms were clean and plenty of cashiers and self check outs. I have never waited in line more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this League City store.

Great staff, very helpful!

Paint dept employees (Karena and one other gentleman whose name I didn’t get) were very helpfull and friendly and promptly prepared my order.

I walked by 8 employees and no one said hello, good morning, or asked me if I needed help, which I did since I do not usually shop this location; was not greeted upon entering and was not thanked by employee at self checkout. Will not be returning.

Richard in the flooring dept at this location was knowledgeable and attentive. He assisted with our flooring project and made sure we were aware of quoting and installation process.

Employees are sexist. They Blatantly ignored me for 10 minutes at the paint counter: the manager had to call someone over and that man looked at me, and without a word walked away. I had to track down the manager again to get help: witnessed same sexist employee ignore another woman, and then tell a man he would be with him shortly. This isn’t the first time I’ve been ignored in this Home Depot. They clearly train their employees to be SEXIST!

They helped me locate what 2 other HD showed in stock online but was not in the store when I arrived. This store verified my material to be in stock and the total quantity before I drove to this store, awesome job…
