I would like to see a tool rental section added to this location, driving to the villages location is just not a good experience.

I was looking on flooring and went to another home improvement store to then be given the run around to return another date to then tell me I had to make my purchase online. I've attempted that but the quantity I needed was not made available. Home Depot had similar item, color, and price range on stock with above the quantity I needed. Staff were made available, we're friendly, and made my day as I was on a deadline to purchase materials. Overall super happy with my shopping experience. Home Depot has always been my go to home improvement store but decided to go to another one closer to home. Unfortunately I've had several bad experiences and from here on out Home Depot is the store (My store)for all your home improvement projects. They are always on your side and haven't disappointed yet. Thank you Home Depot the reliable store!

My visit was pleasant as I was promptly helped. Neatest HD I've ever been in. Keep doing what your doing.

I had questions about purchasing lumber for my project. I was greeted by Victor in the department who not only kindly and knowledgeably answered my questions but got a ladder and loaded all of my lumber with a smile. He even asked if there was anything else I needed. I was in and out in record time. The cashier was courteous and quick with my check out.

Holiday shopping can be brutal no matter where you shop. When I got to the cashier, I was tired. His smile was infectious. It didn't seem to bother him (Rodney) to be working that day. Some places have employees who seem to think customers are an inconvenience. Not this guy. I almost felt like we were old friends while still being in a professional atmosphere. Kudos and great job, young man.

Great store, good costumer service.

I was looking for Kid's and Pets Stain and Odor Remover. I checked another home improvement store earlier in the day, and they did not have what I was looking for. Home Depot did have it, and I purchased a gallon jug of it.

Lower price after the sale and Karen helped me with a lower price match guarantee!!! HomeDepot is the bestest and rocks baby.

We have made several large and small purchases at this store. The associates have always been there to help. I love this Home Depot!

I shop this store due to its proximity to my home. I've always preferred HD for bldg materials, paint & plants. This store has customer service reps that usually seem stressed out, some angry. Store was busy but the clerk directing self check out customers got loud & snappish when I didn't understand what she said. A smile would've been nice but she gave me an ugly look when I said I didn't understand what she said. I told her I have a hearing loss & began scanning my 2 items because I felt unwelcome. No one greeted me when I by it there or asked if they could helpe find what I needed. I got what I came for & felt relieved to leave....it was not a good experience, culminating with the hostile checkout "director."

One of the worst experiences that I have ever had at a HD store

Bought numerous times and was always greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. Store is so large I have to depend on employees to find what I'm looking for. Their knowledge of stock and where to find it,is amazing.

I always have a great experience when I shop here. Every time I enter the store, I have an employee asking me if I need help. The employee always directs me in the right direction so I can find what I am looking for.

Needed some 3/4" plywood cut for garage shelves. Gentleman who waited on me helped get the plywood off the shelf, and cut up the sheet exactly as I asked. Very friendly and helpful.

I thought a gift card did not have any more money on it so I left it at the store when I left. It was only when I got home that I saw on the receipt that there was actually just under $25 dollars remaining on the card. I immediately returned to the store (about 90 minutes) and began working with Cathy, who first tried to locate the card at the self checkout where I was assisted with my initial purchase. That person had already gone home so we were unable to ask where the card was place when I left. After exhausting all measures to locate the card, Cathy, working with management, issued a gift card with the remaining amount. Cathy went out of her way to make this right for the customer (me). Both my wife and I were impressed with her tenacity in resolving this for us.

Picking up my on-line order in store was fantastic. No hassle and no confusion.

Plenty of parking spots and was greeted by the Garden Dept. Lady. Found everything I was looking for and had some help locating an item by an associate. Check out was fast and smooth, prices were good. One of those good days at the HD.

I find the Leesburg store has the most helpful and friendly staff of any of the home depots I have ever been to. The store is always neat and organized. The customer service is superb. A pleasure to shop here!

My Leesburg Home Depot is the BEST!! Great employees that are kind, caring, professional, helpful and always friendly and patient. What a pleasure to shop there. I can walk or take Golf Cart or Car. I am so grateful to have so close because I need them for everything to keep my household going - inside and out!! The store is always so clean and neat and each department stocked very well. Products are great quality and exchanges or returns so easy to do and with no hassle. Thank Home Depot.

This store is always clean and the associates are always friendly and helpful. It's my go to home improvement store even though the big blue place isn't any further away. Ordering online only products at the service desk is an easy way to get the products that aren't carried in the store, if you're willing to wait a week or so.
