Every employee asked if I was finding everything I needed. Keri came along when I needed some help. One brief description with my question, she knew exactly what I was looking fo. She was very happy to help and problem solve. She recruited a couple other people to locate one piece of plumbing I would need. In all Keri, David, Doug, and another very helpful man helped me solve a puzzle. The worked together seamlessly, got me exactly what I needed. Fantastic people. Fantastic experience. Thank you!!

Been coming to homedepot for many years, this trip is as one of the best all because of the employee Bernie and his manager, didn’t get his name but both were very helpful.

Had an issue with an online order, with no help from HomeDepot.com, Marco from customer service and Doug his manager listened to the issue and resolved it on the spot. Big shout to them for being understanding!

I am so irritated I tried to shop at the Lewiston Id. store. It was nothing short of horrible customer service. I left without getting all of the items I needed because of employee incompetence. I would rather not ever shop that store again or any other home depot because of horrible and lazy employees.

I have bought in the past ALL of my kitchen appliances, ie Refrigerator, Gas Range, Vent Hood, and most recently New Dishwasher at this store. SO very satisfied w/all of them. Also in the past have bought a standup Deep Freezer, and Washer and Dryer, and ALL are serving me very well. Couldn't behappier, and Love the 12 months pay w/no interest on our Home Depot Credit Card.

They always have everything I need with a friendly staff.

Shopping the electrical department is rewarding in all that I have learned through the years at Home Depot with each project.

Im so happy I filled out the review on my receipt. I never take the time to do this but I felt so strong about this store lately I just had to. The biggest thing that got my attention was the whole parking lot was being de-iced!! You must really appreciate and care for your cusotmers. Thats how I felt! Cared for!

I had trouble getting my military discount information on my account, and Angela in customer service was over the top in helping me straighten out my military discount information which I gave up on some years ago. I was fortunate that it wasn’t extremely busy, and she was delightful as she maneuvered through my account to get it straightened out. I haven’t shopped much at Home Depot for several years as I couldn’t find my way through my account, but Angela made it a snap! She was more than gracious and helpful and friendly as she sent me home with my account fixed and a smile on my face!

We have had a few of the black expanding hoses and they seem to break on their own fairly regularly. I went to return/exchange the most recent one to break and the associate, Emmanuel, was able to handle the return and suggested a similar more heavy duty, and still lightweight, hose that looks like it will work out much better. I was getting tired of the expanding hoses breaking and I'm looking forward to having one I can rely on!

It smells dog crap on the floor employees who don’t give a crap service is terrible

Three different women that work at the Lewiston store helped me yesterday - with a return, an exchange and selecting a lawn mower. Friendly, helpful, sympathetic. A young man in the plant department was also very nice. Made my day and for a pleasant shopping experience.

I have had to replace stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer in this place and so thankful for a store like Home Depot located right here in town for shopping because I don't drive out of town anymore.

Just wanted to let management know how well I was treated by an employee by the name of Launie. She was very professional and patient with me as I had many returns that day without receipts, never a fun job. She was also very personable, an increasingly rare thing these days. Thanks Launie!
