I ordered sample size paint for the area around new bathroom vanity light. This blue is very hard to match. It turned out too navy the first time and too light the second time. She kept on adding colors too it and after about 1/2 hour she was done. I just did all of the touch ups and the match is absolutely exact! The blue walls are about 7 years old and I have tried to paint match before and they all come out wrong. This is the first time someone actually got it exactly right! I am very happy!!

Until this store enforces the mandate for wearing masks, I do not feel safe shopping here. Too many unmasked customers who may be spewing covid cooties in the store

I am not recommending this store mainly because I saw several people WITHOUT masks. And no store employees told them to either put a mask on, or leave.

Excellent customer service, easy to navigate, no crowds, overall pleasant experience.

They have a lot of associates to "work" in the store that spend more time socialing with each other then helping customers. You have to beg them to help you. When you interrupt their gabbing amongst each other not only you get an attitude for asking for help but then they act like they dont know what aisle anything is on and try to pawn you off to another. Buying a new tool, noone that works department understand that tool nor the products (had this incident when trying to buy a new nailer, assoc even recommended the wrong nails for it). The other major home improvment store a mile away is usually more busy and sadly they were out of the lumber I needed so jammed here as it was in stock. For my convienance so I could install without setting up tablesaw, I made the mistake of asking an associate to cut "one and a half feet off each board" as when I arrived back it turns out I got 12.5 inches. Not sure when speaking of units of feet one and a half feet equals 12.5 inches and not 18 inches but this is what this place has become. I dread even to shop there as I always walk out of that store in a bad mood. Really wish they can train these people to understand that those lights are on because of customers shopping, if they continue to run customers off they will not have a job to go to or paycheck. I would also add understand basic math and terminology, store layout and if you work in a department know your major products (for instance tool depart) along with where they are located. Not sure what the onboarding process is to work at a HD but maybe they can start implimenting some of this and they can get those customers back from the other home improvment store because at this point unless I am very desperate I will go there.

Just like with any other Home Depot this brand is slowly but surely becoming the Wally World of home improvement and by that I mean the staff is uneducated and unwilling to help they get frustrated when you ask simplistic questions and returning things can sometimes be an absolute nightmare. In reality there is no such thing as bad employees just bad management and in this particular store and situation for me it is crystal clear that it holds true at this store... Drive around the corner and go to the other big box blue colored home improvement store.

The store was clean and the music was awesome. A tribute to the great music of the 1970s. Everything was relatively easy to find and the service was outstanding.

As a former retail associate, I value customer service. I was completing a retaining wall project and had broken both my mallet and hammer. I was referred to John in the Hardware section by Erik an Assistant Manager. Not only did he offer me a replacement but recommended an item that was on a promotion. He took the time to ask the necessary questions to help me find the type of tools I needed. Thank you John, I value your customer service and will definitely return and recommend!

The Lincoln HD is very beneficial to our community. We love to support a local store that shines in terms of service and products. We always buy our appliances for this store.

Great store, clean and organized

On Black Friday i search several stores online for a Keurig Coffee Maker and delighted to find what i was looking for at Home Depot, for about $50 off the regular price. I have been looking for over 6 months! Even on this busy weekend ALL the employees that I spoke with were very friendly and helpful and held it until the next morning, as I cannot drive at night. Next time I will check there first ! Customer Service even told me where to find a great variety of "pods" for a good price. Very pleased with this shopping experience.

Stop, Turn around and go to another Home Depot. You will spend more time looking for help and not get any. I had to search row by row. NO customer service. My last visit I ordered a item online had it shipped to the store. They will not check your online order till you show up and it will be wrong. As you might have gather I had a bad (lack of) customer experience. I check one star because it wouldn't let me check no stars.

I like the Lincoln home depot best. They are very friendly and they have everything I need. I bought my House 10 years ago and it looks so much better now than it did then because every time I need something to finish a home improvement project it so close at Home Depot. The convenience means things really get done. And I love your paint rebate sale for Memorial day and again on 4th of July! This year I finished painting everything that I could paint except for the House for $10 off per gallon can of paint. My fence and my shed look awesome! Home Depot is the best thing that ever happened to my whole house!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that truly assist rather than just asking if they can help. Staff are also willing to find other staff with more expertise on the tougher questions I have. I use them regularly and would rate the store and staff at 100 out of 100.

This store is always neat / clean, aisles clear / open, easy to shop & find items. In the past 6 months I have interacted with employees in the Garden Center, Paint, Tools and Customer Service. All staff are pleasant and helpful.
