I love this Home Depot store. I’m going through them once again to get my floors done because of the easy process with picking flooring types and everything else.

The associates in this store are the best of any Home Depot I have been in and I have been in a lot of them.

My family and I shop at this particular Home Depot a lot. We have such a great relationship with many of the employees at this location. They know all of us by our first name and we are always laughing and having a great time. Everyone always has a smile on their face and they go above and beyond to make sure we find what we came in looking for.

Great place to shop, friendly people

Most of my trips here have been positive. I purchased my first home and this location has helped me fill out my tool chest from 0 to "hobbyist". Today wasn't good. I recieve great customer service from Evan and a young lady back in paint. They helped me think through how the stain I wanted might manifest on 2 different types of wood. My mistake was going to lumber. I initially couldn't get any help and when I was finally able to flag someone down he seemed disinterested in providing world class customer service- he didn't help me make a decision, suggested pre-cut lumber (TREATED) so he wouldn't have to make the 8 cuts I needed, and left it up to me to carry what I wanted back to the cutter. Didn't even offer to get anything down or see if what I needed was reachable or easy to carry. The fact that he offered pre-cut, treated wood, let me know that he hadn't listened to what I said I was making, nor was he interest in making the cuts I wanted (8 legs, 18" each from two 72" boards, like 2 x 4). Whether someone is male, female, blond straight haired or black curly hair, baseball cap or bald, everyone should receive good customer service, especially if they are CHOOSING to spend their money with you. To top it all off, the 1st person who walked past me in lumber, made eye contact but didn't ask if I needed help or was being helped, was actually the manager. I didn't find this out until I decided to opt out of carrying my own wood planks, leaving lumber, checking out and asking to speak with the manager. My of my experiences at this location in tools and lumber have been positive as well as the truck rental. The young man who worked in lumber yesterday helped me select the wood, told me pricing and helped me choose straight, good quality wood. He then made the cuts I needed in order to fit them in my car. So with that said, I'm hoping my next experience will be more on par with the typical service I recieve.

This is my favorite Home Depot store to shop at! The store associates are friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I shop at this store a lot and am always able to find what I need and get help from the employees when needed. The store is clean and easy to shop. The very nice ladies at the checkout always make my day better and get you out the door fast.

I like visiting this particular home depot store because of proximity to my house. The store is well organized and the employees are very helpful.

I was in the store looking for some random shelf and could barely explain it. Felicia was beyond helpful in assisting me with getting what I needed. It was cost-effective and I am currently using the product as I type this message.

Jim my sales representative was very helpful and knowlegeable about his job which made my shopping experience easier. I just bought a new home and needed 13 blinds cut. Jim cut all blinds to a perfect size to fit all windows. He provided excellent customer service.

If you go to this store for plumbing needs, make sure you do not let Ron in plumbing help. He has absolutely no clue about plumbing.

I give this store a five star rating solely for the work of windows and doors employee: Joe... His assistance in my purchasing of various windows and doors has been beyond exceptional and even life changing. I think he deserves a raise for all his hard work. At the very least a feast thrown in his honor. Joe from windows and doors is the glue that keeps Home Depot together. I believe Arthur Bank and Bernard Marcus would be proud to know the work Joe from windows and doors has done for their fine company.

I work next door to this location, so when I'm in a pinch and need quick purchasing they've always been there for me. Ms. Iyana is always a great help.

I was a little disappointed that the internet indicates you have a certain product in high quantity. The store inventory even indicated it was in stock. Driving to the store for that particular item to be disappointed that the item is on hold for a customer. Seriously, why not charge the item so the other customers are made aware online and even when they contact the store, the customer is informed there's none in stock. I did purchase other items though because I met a very considerate cashier by the name of Roslyn. Roslyn took the time to apologize. She was absolutely polite and friendly. Home Depot, Lithia Springs, needs to award her for a upbeat, courageous efforts she places to please the customer, even when they are disappointed. I had several stores I could have shopped, but due to her character and smile, she was a pleasant person to laugh with, while visiting the store with my family. Home Depot is made proud because of great customer service because of great employees like Roslyn. I hope she gets employee of the month for making me spend my money at the Lithia Springs Store today. Hope the items gets restocked, for sure I will return to purchase it.
