The associates was helpful.

All the employees were nice and knowledgeable and everything Im able to find at that particular store.

Overall customer experience was lacking, Clutter aisles, this store is small in comparison to others. It is hard to navigate the huge carts down some of your aisles. Starting with your front lobby too many displays etc. There is always a challenge to get cash back at checkouts. Too many times self checkouts are closed or not working. Today I asked several Home Depot employees to call a MOD they all passed the buck to someone else. When I did finally talk with female manager, she made excuses, but offered no solutions to give better customer service. Her response “I am doing the best that I can.” How Sad!!

Poor lack of customer service. Employees to busy walking around while on their phones, neglecting customers. Never available when you need customer service

Everytime I visit this location the store is always clean and the team members are always friendly and very helpful.

I like this store , I bring my sister in-laws kids with me cuz they like the Mexican vendors in the parking lot , I do to , homedepot becomes my one stop shop for materials, tools, and breakfast!!!! I love it!!!! I like this store because the Mexicans that are there outside trying to make a meager living , they’ll ask if you need help loading your stuff, but they don’t Persist . Try the tamales!!!! There’s the 2 one is better then the other . And there’s another a lil family they have the Lil tacos, good . Even give you one for free !!!! Don’t change anything!!

I had a very unpleasant experience with two of your employees this evening. They refused to honor a sale price that was clearly advertised in your store . Additionally, the treated me with blatant disrespect when asking for assistance. These employees in question are as follows. 1 - the female employee that is over the self checkout line 2 - the manager on staff. These Theo employees were working at approximately 6:18.

This store has a lot of robbers and the is not clean and neat.

Picked up an online order from Customer Service. The frig wasn't even on a dolly and I was told to go get one from the contractors side. I asked if someone could be called to help me load onto dolly and truck and was told that I would have to try and grab someone while I was down getting the dolly.

This is the only Home Depots in this zip code area near me and other contractors. It really helps for not having to drive so far to get to one of the locations.. With that said, this store is stocked adequately for most items, however, because this is the only major hardware store in this zip code where there are many contractors, you will not find common construction supplies because many times they are out of stock here. On many occasions i have had to go to other Home Depot stores to get some common stock items that contractors use or require often. Therefore, i believe they should be more aware of this need to keep more common contractor items in stock if they are in high demand. Overall, i have shopped at this location near me for many years, and for the most part they usually provide most of the items i seek overall. Just need to keep more heavily demanded items in stock more often. I am, however, Happy to have this local store near me.

I had a great experience met with Chemeka at customer service she got me a Credit Card shopped around for a riding lawnmower. Found the one we need went to Niki the cashier answered my questions. Ran into a problem. Karina the manager came in to seal the deal. Great Customer Service from these ladies. Happy Customer here.

I love this store. I have easy access to the store from the freeway. All I do is jump off and the jump back on. Employees are knowledgeable and very polite and courteous.

From the parking lot to my various shopping areas in this store, I met friendly helpful personnel. Not one hiccup in my shopping experience at this location

Went in with no knowledge of a bar b que pit had an awesome staff member to help me and he made great selections and suggestions

Most of the personnel are rude and roll their eyes - talk in rude tones. There is ALWAYS a long line to check out. There is never anyone when you need them. Once we were looking for a new washer - she waited until the almost end of the process to tell us we had to wait on the washer to arrive or be delivered. I needed it that day. They look at us like we're aliens from outer space - I've had so many women employees roll their eyes at me for asking a question - when you an actually find someone - We have actually driven to the Home Depot on 610S feeder near Durham to not have to deal with the employees . Much nicer employees - cleaner store - like another world. The other night my husband went to buy some T12 4ft flour lights - looked and looked - no one helped him....He came home without them. ...or anything. That store is a nightmare in so many ways. Oh! I rescue dogs - there are so many homeless dropped dogs in that parking lot. We all talk how Home Depot does nothing to help them - no - its not yall's job - but it sure speaks loud and clear to people that are in rescue.
