The management of this store was very effective in the latest changes they made to the store, especially in terms of employees and cashiers.

Awesome customer service. Kind people. Go visit this store. Claudio the store manager did well in training his team members. From cashier, to AC team members, asst manager. Incredibly and shockingly super kind.

Have purchased paint, flooring and tools in recent weeks. Pleased with options and follow-up communications regarding pick up at store items.

Emanuel is a very thoughtful representative of your company . It was observed he wasn’t only pleasant with me but varies customers who race to his line because he’s so polite and makes the customer feel valued .

Every time I shop here they are always helpful to my needs and usually know what’s better for my needs than I actually do.

I went there and I was treated very badly worse than everything by an employee of the Paint Dept named Amanda

The employees kept telling us the wrong isle for the distilled water. When we did find it ourselves online it said they had 18 bottles and there were only 4 on the shelf pushed way back. No one wanted to help us at all and almost all ran away. I guess they just want a pay check. Sad.

My wife and I have shopped here many times. I highly recommend this store, as they'll often have needed items that other stores do not. There's also a huge parking lot, in case you'd like to drive to this location.

I ordered online for in store pick up and my items were canceled because "they were not in stock ", I then immediately go to the store and surprisingly all my items are in stock, whoever is working the online orders is being lazy and just cancelling orders. This is the 3rd time it happened in this location this month!

I went in search of an outdoor shed and the employee, named Damian, was such a great help! He was patient and knowledgeable. He helped me locate the shed that I was having difficulty locating and was able to ship to my home. I am grateful after having a unpleasant experience at another location in the area. Thank you Damian!

I bought the 2 heaters today and they work thank goodness. I thought there were no portable heaters available but then Troy looked at the machine, and found 300 heaters and told someone to grab the forklift to bring the heaters down, and when I got home it worked.

It was very nice to visit the Home Depot on Northern Blvd. The garden section has lovely items for yard. Especially now that the nearby BB&Beyond has closed, it’s especially helpful to be able to find things for outdoor event.

I bought an air purifier on 6/7, the day NYC had terrible air quality, thanks to Derrol. He was able to assist with my issues, discussed my options in a calm demeanor, and was able to get me an air purifier for my 5 day old twin boys. I cried of joy at checkout, I will never forget Derrol and his assistance. He must be promoted & salary raise. He is terrific.

Silvanus from the paint department is always a class act. I live near maspeth homedepot but long island is best HD because of people like him. 2nd time I bought paint from him and would buy again. He managed 3 customers alone (another employee did not bother)with patience and respect. LI HD is my go to Depot. Silvanus is the Man!

this home depot have all variety compared to other home depot and helpful staff.

Part of the team was very nice and eager to help and others were stressed out. overall i will go back again to the store and will still consider her first options before others

Most of the times when I call this location the staff does not answer the phone. The last time I called this location I had to wait 12 minutes for a staff member to answer the phone.

I spent a long time just trying to pay for a couple of things, about 30 people on line and only 3 registers open, no self-checkout stations open.

This store is very busy, hard to navigate because there is so much stocking going on. Hard to find things. Self checkouts are never open and there has been only 2-3 clerks to check out. They are rude and do not thank you for shopping there. I have been there 4 times while visiting my daughter and have waited 15-20 minutes to check out. There also were no carts available

on the afternoon of march 5, 2023 at the northern blvd, LIC store, the cashier Roshera was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said hi and she didn't say anything and had a disgusted look on her face. i showed her my ProX barcode for scanning and in a rude condensing voice, she told me to "put my phone down" below the plexiglass. i also told her i had a tax exempt number. she had so much attitude and made me spell EVERYTHING three times. it got her more annoyed when the tax exempt number didn't work. We had to pay taxes for no reason.
