Very nice and helpful employees. Special thanks to Trey and Jessica, Assistant Manager. They worked well together and made sure all my questions were answered. They did not rush my buying experience and I felt like they appreciated my time and business.

We are very pleased with this store and are so glad that it's here in Los Lunas! This is our go-to store and we can easily find everything! Love the email receipt option at the end of each purchase and the ability to return items using the credit card we used!

Store is clean and majority of staff is helpful. Wish garden center employees were a little more knowledgeable and helpful (wanted to know price of item and was told to bring it to register but way too heavy for me to do that) and they don't know much about plants/flowers they carry but I am satisfied with this store overall.

Because I'm a licensed contractor I need to get in and out quickly. If and when I need help locating anything the staff has been quick to respond at all the Home Depot stores.

I have found on my recent visits that the majority of your staff could care less about the customers there. Today I honestly was quite hopeful that I would be able to get assistance throughout the store, I'm disabled and today wasn't a good one for me. I encountered young Anthony in flooring who was very helpful and courteous. The checker amazing. Lastly your security guy approached me as if he felt I had stolen something demanding my receipt. Anyway hopefully you can improve this.

This store has been clean and the associate are friendly and helpful.

I picked up some very large windows that had to be special ordered. It took over 40 minutes for an employee to help load them, and when he came, there was only one person. I am disabled and was not able to help him load them. My father, who is a senior citizen, helped load them. They really need to hire more people to help with this!

Great store. Staff are EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately Home Depot recently terminated nearly 50% of its staff in order to maintain profit margins. This news was disconcerting.

Purchased two cans of paint and hired an individual to paint one room in my home .... The paint was a complete different color on my walls then what it was on the paint samples. Spoke to the manager Pheonia, she stated the reason is because Home-depots lighting is different from my house. Well if that's not obvious! I thought since it was such a HUGE difference in color she would at least want to replace the paint but, no such luck. So now I don't only have to buy new paint but, I know have to purchase primer to cover this dark paint on my walls, replacement paint and rehire the individual to repaint my walls. SAD!

I AM PAINTING A HOME WE JUST PURCHASED AND HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING COLORS FOR AWHILE, WHILE SOME OF THE COLORS WERE FROM HOME DEPOT, OTHERS WERE NOT. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE NAME OF THE YOUNG LADY WHO ASSISTED ME (THIS WAS ON 06/28/18 EARLY EVENING) SHE WAS AMAZING, SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND MADE MY DECISIONS SO MUCH EASIER. SHE OBVIOUSLY ENJOYS HER JOB AND I ENJOYED HAVING SUCH A KIND ASSOCIATE TO HELP. WILL DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN

The Home Depot in Los Lunas is very well organized and kept well stocked with just about everything you may need to complete your home project. Staff are the best and are always the to help.

If you must go there, print out a floor map because the people that work there WON'T Help you find a thing.

The workers are very helpful.

We went to buy paint for the inside of the house the lady who gave us the paint sold us 2 5 gal paint but it was for spray paint not roller and now we have to go back to buy the right 2-5gal paint we hope this one works?

I called to make a phone order and delivery and spoke with Crystal in the customer service department and she was very helpful and took care of everything. She was polite and knowledgeable.

The products we were looking for were very accessible and if we couldn't find something the staff was so willing to help ,they didn't act like it was to much trouble.
