The employees at this store are very accommodating and friendly.

I love shopping at Home Depot Madera, they have just about everything I need. Customer Service lacks once in a blue moon but other than that, I'm happy with them.

Have yet to have an employee make eye contact. They go a different directiin if you try ti get assistance.

Jessica, the returns cashier didn’t know how to handle HD’s 30 day price guarantee processing. Unfortunately, she’s training a new employee and imparting incorrect procedures.

The store was pretty much stocked up, the help was excellent, and excellent service.

Nice and helpful employees.

For a little town this Home Depot’s carry the same thing as the ones in the bigger city’s around the valley

Best hardware store in Madera ca

I visited store 1088 in Madera, I needed to replace a broken burner nob. I went into appliances and met Pricilla and later Raquel. Both of these ladies took time to help me locate exactly what I needed. Pricilla was patient, knowledgeable and professional taking care of my issue. Raquel was brilliant!! If you need help buying an appliance I would highly recommend Pricilla and Raquel!.

I've been to the Madera store only twice, but both times I was very impressed with the employees and product selection and price.

I really like coming to this Home Depot they are very friendly especially Lucy and Gloria, you can easily have a nice conversation. Their restroom is very clean. Everything very organized.

I would definitely recommend coming here for all of your home improvement projects. When you do come here make sure to ask for Jessica Hernandez. She will greet you with a friendly smile and a helpful and conversational manner that will have you wanting to come back for me. She makes the home Depot experience what it is. That place definitely wouldn't be the same without the elements she adds to it.

This store is almost always stocked with the items that I need. There are a number of people that need a special :thank you" for being so helpful. Rick in plumbing, Jerry in elec., Brenda, and especially, Terri, cashier.

Every time that we visit the Madera Home Depot we receive quality customer service. The store is clean and well stocked. The associates are very friendly and willing to help. There are plenty of associates to help, no wait time.

I always have a great shopping experience i love the new check out n if I need help they r there n paint my fiancee goes in with swatch n for dome reason they are all over it helping her figure it out or shows her another way the she loves it n has a few favorite s she's a chalk painter n does crafts n not to mention gardening always looking for flowers n succulents so thank you Madera store n for your great service
