Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff will take the time to answer your questions and did not make you feel like you were bothering them.

We were there to pick out carpeting, and the folks working in that department were very helpful and friendly, We also stopped in the Tool department and the woman working there was helpful and friendly as well. Very happy with the service we received.

Clean store, many safety measures in place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful Garden Center with very healthy looking plants. Received assistance from Cathy and she was just a huge help and delightful. Great place for tile, we have shopped around for it and came back again to Home Depot for it. Keep up the great work, it is much appreciated!

The employees at this store go above and beyond what is required and are happy to help. I don't find that at many other home improvement stores. Thanks for all of their help to make sure everything was right. I will be back for all my home improvement needs.

Customer service is the best over any other Home Depot. I will drive the 8 miles to this store over the store less then 3 miles from my home.

I was shopping around for a dryer for the first time. My dad and I did some shopping around at other comparable stores but found this Home Depot was the friendliest. A couple days later we went in to buy, and worked with Bobby, Les, and Conner. They were super helpful and made the process easy. We were warned that it could take months to receive the dyer but we got lucky and one was available with then the next couple weeks. I will for sure go back and buy from there again.

Logan saw I needed assistance and helped me load 34 twelve foot sheets of drywall without me even asking. Thanks Logan.

The employees are very cordial and respectful.The employees are visible in the store and always ready to assist customers, lessens customers' worries of finding products. The store is clean and precautions for Covid 19 were carried out. . I must admit that i did not find easily the product i was looking for, window air conditioner.. Mr. Tommy-G, one of the employees, explained to me that due to the hot weather, window air conditioners are hot products. They come and go quickly.

Employees are so welcoming and helpful! Especially Helen Harwood in appliance section. Very nice, patient, and explains things thoroughly. Very clean store. 5 stars!

I BROUGHT A LAWN MOWER IN BECAUSE IT WOULN'T START. AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE REPAIR SHOP, I WAS HELPED OUT. DAVE THE REPAIR GUY LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE MOWER AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CHECK IT OUT BEFORE WE EVEN WROTE IT UP. HE TRIED TO SEE IF IT WAS JUST A QUICK FIX BUT IT WASN'T. (I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT HE TRIED SOMETHING BEFORE THAT HE THOUGHT IT COULD BE.) AFTER TRYING THAT, WE WROTE UP THE TICKET AND HE HAD THE REPAIR DONE BY THE END OF THE DAY. DAVE IS SO GOOD THAT I TOLD HIM THAT I USED TO WORK AT Home Depot MANY YEARS AGO AND HE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE. HE REALLY LIKED TO HEAR THAT AND I TOLD HIM I WOULD RATE HIM VERY HIGH IN MY REVIEW. THANKS DAVE FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND MAKING MY DAY FOR ME.

I dont usually enjoy going to Home Depot as I find getting help difficult, this was a pleasant exception. I bought a riding mower and had hands down the best experience I have had in ANY home improvement store. The gent who sold me the mower was clearly a subject matter expert and took as much time as was needed to insure I got the right rider for my needs and the gent (Bryan I think) in the rental area also went far above and beyond.

Customer Service at this store is always top notch. Knowledgeable and friendly.

No one in this store has figured out dealing with Covid-19. No masks (employees and the majority of customers) or social distancing (unmasked employees standing around next to each other chatting). Seems like a risky store to go to.

I am physically challenged and must use a motorized cart, but he store was easy to negotiate during this Covid-19 pandemic. The store was set up well to protect the customers as well as the employees. In my opinion, this is the best Home Depot in the NW Twin Cities area.

I love the Maple Grove Home Depot! The store is clean and organized and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. It is the equivalent of a "kid's trip to a candy store" when we are adults and have home projects in the works;)
