Very pleased with our neighborhood Home Depot over the years and today's refrigerator purchase was awesome. Employees really go the extra mile to be personable, generous with their time and in sharing important insights re the various brands.

Having just moved to Tucson, this Home Depot has been my go-to store. All the associates are friendly, helpful and best of all, knowledgeable! I have outfitted darn near my entire home from here. Everything from dirt for the yard, wax for the floors, curtains for my windows and all new appliances. Plus the tools to do odd jobs, just everything. Store is clean and well-stocked always!

IF YOUR A GUY LIKE ME WHO HAS BUILT A COUPLE OF HOMES, DOES HANDY WORK, DOES ALL HIS OWN PROJECTS FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS, PLUS HAS GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY AND CAN USE IT TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN QUICKLY LIKE THE APP ON THE SMARTPHONE, THEN THIS STORE IS THE ONE YOU WANT TO CHOOSE AS GO TO PLACE. PLUS THE PEOPLE TREAT ME LIKE I AM ALL THAT AND I LOOK FORWARD TO MY VISITS AT HOME DEPOT. I AM JUST A HAPPY CAMPER IN THAT STORE.

I went looking for tile and didn't know how much to get. An employee came by to ask if I needed help and I accepted. The cashier was a young man who didn't have an answer to my question but was quick to find someone who did. The young man who loaded my truck was waiting for me to be done at the checkout to ask me if I would be needing help. I was struggling with my heavy cart and I received help. The best experience ever!

A great store with wonderful customer service! I was searching for a product, but had no idea what the name was. I described it to a store associate who directed me exactly where to find it. Love this store!

I just moved from Houston TX. To Tucson there were a ton of small projects to complete, I was looking for different products all over the store, I saw Zach H. He took me to every single isle I need, explained me which product was better for my needs, in a couple time he was not sure and he got help from other associates. By far is the best service I've ever received at any HOME DEPOT and I can tell you I travel a lot from Texas, Washington, Indiana even out of the country.

The readiness of the employees to help is great, you feel valued and respected, the experience with the cashier I had was great.

I enjoy my experiences at Home Depot. However I find that they allow contractors to park in the loading bay and leave their vehicles unattended while they shop.

Not enough staff

Came in to buy a couple items one buckets and two potassium for the water softener we entered through the contractor's entrance had a warm greeting by Bonnie so when it's time to check out I normally use the to self checkout but instead went back to Bonnie because we wanted that same feeling leaving that I got coming in and she did not disappoint.

I found what I was looking for but when I wasn't sure about which one to choose the staff were very quick, courteous and helpful. The store was very clean and easy to manipulate around in with a loaded cart. I went to a different store initially and was left standing in the isle waiting and waiting. That has never happened in your store and I'll never go any where else again!

Bonnie at check out was friendly and very nice to talk with. Bonnie asked me if I found everything that I was looking for. Thank you HD you guys are awesome.

I don’t know anything about ceiling fans or pendant lights I received a lot of attention from Ralph in lighting. He spent a lot of time helping me make my selections. I had them installed. Everything looks great.

The store staff was helpful and directed us to the correct department. The dishwasher we wished to buy was on display so we could see it that day . Assistance was available immediately.The store was clean. The associates were extremely friendly and helpful.

I’m handicapped. If I need help there is always some one to help! Very nice atmosphere! I seek out an employee named Bobby. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful!

We always do our home needs shopping at Home Depot! The store lay out is easy to find all your supplies! It is always easy to find Help when needed! The cashiers are always helpful and pleasant!
