I Have Been Looking Everywhere For A Gardenia, Home Depot Had Them. Went Back Next Week Just To Get Another One. Love Them. I Could Have Ordered One Elsewhere. But I Want To See What I’m Getting. Love Them. Very Beautiful, Wonderful Smell.

Bought all the materials for this deck even the custom special screwless maintenance free composite deck boards and the aluminum rails with pvc post sleeves and Led lighted caps Craig at the Pro desk was very helpful with getting the Order correct and delivered in a timely fashion

I bought a Ryobi cordless vacuum about a month ago and it broke. I took it back to Home Depot in Marion and they told me because I don’t have a receipt they cannot return it because it’s over $100. I only wanted to exchange it. I have never in all of my 61 years heard of such a thing. So they told me to call Ryobi and maybe they will do something. Thank you Home Depot! I’m sure they could’ve sent it back to Ryobi as damaged and given me one in exchange. I only had it for a month!!

I bought quite a few things today which I was so happy to find. I am working on multiple projects.

Everyone seemed professional and polite.when I asked for directions for something, they gave accurate directions. It was a pleasant experience and one that Home Depot should be proud of.

The staff always, without fail, go the extra mile to assist us when needed. They are so friendly and are willing to make suggestions to help out.

I'm always missing something from my orders, over the last year over 50 percent of the time something is incorrect or missing altogether. A dozen times probably over the last year. Your mileage may be better.

We bought two appliances (about $1000) on the Black Friday sale. We shopped around, and the best purchase price and terms were here. The friendly and happy tone set by the store employees was, well, there is no way it could have been better.

Great store. If you need help in the hardware area ask for a man named Steve. Super helpfull. And even helped me in the bath area.

The sales associate in the paint department was able to match the paint color I was looking for perfectly even though the original paint did not come from Home Depot. She saved me the time and aggravation from having to repaint my entire living room because of one damage wall!

My mom and I were comparing new appliances from various stores and stopped in Home Depot in Marion, where Meghan provided great service and was helpful and knowledgeable! We actually ended up returning to the store and buying a stackable washer/dryer for my mom's apartment solely because of Meghan's great service!

I bought some primer and paint from an employee named Brenda. She went way above in helping me with my needs and wants.

we were assisted promptly in the appliance area and the employee helped us with the differences between two refrigerators we were trying to decide on purchasing.

Customer service was great, after a week of a lot of heartache, and then loosing all of my tools, it was just great having someone walk around and help you find everything that you needed. At the time of the visit, I just needed to be shown some kindness -- and I was. So again thanks to all that made my shopping experience a pleasant one.

Every visit there are enough workers to man most of the checkouts and everyone is over the top friendly and helpful. Aside the distance from me, much better than L home improvement center.

This store has everything you need for interior design / remodel. The quality products, the sales, the professional designer/project manager (Michael Hale). I've been in a lot of home depots in the US - this one is the best.
