We have made several trips to the Marlborough Home Depot since our recent home purchase. Every employee we’ve come across has been very helpful, diligent, and pleasant. Some (many) have gone above and beyond to help us out.

We love our local Home Depot. They have a lot of helpful people working there!

I've been to a number of HD stores for my home improvement needs and find this store's layout very user friendly and the associates are always there to answer any questions. If one is unable to respond to my question, they always find the appropriate individual who specializes in that particular category.

I own a home in the neighborhood right behind HD and could not have been more excited to have one plop down in my backyard! Ive been shopping here since the day they opened. I have worked here with a part time job twice over the years. This is by far my favorite store to shop in!!!!!

The selection of products in the appliances, cabinets, bathtubs and bathroom accessories, faucets, door locks, knobs and hinges, keys, and light switch plates was ample. Truly one stop shopping. The store is organized, well stocked, and clean. The most impressive however is the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service that we received from ALL of the store associates. The employees are great in every department and if by chance an associate couldn’t answer a question about a product, they’d direct us to someone that could or they’d search with us, even going out of their way.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My product return was quick & simple. The store was clean & I was able to get help easily & she took me to the exact item I was looking for.

I actually visited store # 2375 and an employee named Vicki went out of her way to help me out even though she was off the clock.....Very pleasant person.

OVERALL THIS STORE HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD FOR ME. I USUALLY FIND WHAT I NEED AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE HELPFUL.

I own my own residential/commercial cleaning company and go here for all my supplies. The quality is great and so are the prices. I also own my own home and come here for all my landscaping needs and any improvements on my home whether its the deck I had built or the patio I had put in...all the supplies are bought at Home Depot!

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS AMAZING.. EMPLOYEE KEHINDE WAS KIND, THOUGHTFUL AND HELPFUL WITH MY IN STORE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT KNOW THIS MAN BUT HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT WAS HIS HONOR TO HELP ME AND THAT WAS REALLY NICE AND NOT COMMON THESE DAYS WHEN SHOPPING. I TRULY APPRECIATED IT.

The Marlborough store is a great place to buy what's needed for home repairs. My furnace needed a part which the other big home center didn't have and along with great on the floor advice on how to repair and a smooth check out, it was a great experience.

Home Depot has several competitors with clean stores, abundant stock, and aisles engineered for easy selection, but the biggest attraction for non-contractors like me is the experienced staff willing to listen to customers to be sure they not only buy the correct parts but are thinking through their projects. The helpful tips are certainly time savers (and project savers), but I was lucky enough to have one associate actually demonstrate how to fix one of several duplicate parts by finding the correct part (a challenge because of fractional differences in replacement parts) and installing it in my old part while showing me how to be careful not to damage the part no longer available. Who could ask for anything more?

The new check out and customer service area format is chaotic and confusing

I will not shop at any store who refuses to have cashiers available for check out.

Store was clean, but carts of inventory were about, not having been shelved. Since my last visit they have taken out the standard check outs and converted all to self check outs, except for one of the contractor cashiers. I had used the self check out the last visit, and the helper was more interested in talking to her friend than helping me. Today i waited for Brian at the register and the wait was short, 4 folks. While doing check out he was also helping the customers trying the self check out at the contractor exit. Bottom line. When they get rid of human check-outs, I will get rid of Home Depot, and sell my stock Thank you

This store has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have encountered. I expect and receive service like a mom and pop hardware store

Store needs more qualified employees , trained . People that work in this store seem not to care for any questions you make . And they always I dkn !!!! really ??? Maybe the answer would be "Lets find out and Learn"

Ran out of Pennington small sun and shade and waited on 15 minutes for propane exchange on not so busy day. Had to ask cashier to page associate and waited. Finally walked in to let them know I was still waiting.

I do not generally like to go to home depot, because it is so big and their floors are very hard on my old feet. But today was made so much easier because of a man named Kehinde,I saw him shortly after entering the store. I told him I had a list of things to pick up and he asked to take a look, I said of course(since I never seem to be able to find things at home depot, not that the sign aren't clear) it's just that the things I go in for are usually spread out in different parts of the store, he told me to go in a kind of route, which made things so much easier and easy to find. There was one item he even showed me where it was. I was so happy that I was able to find everything on my list,and managed to get done within about 15 minutes
